Had a bad experience at another branch in greenvallley, went here was treated excellent, exceptional customer service went above and beyond to cash my check from a well known lawyer, actually called me back to the bank within 5 minutes of leaving, was very helpful and had the most knowledgeable staff in las vegas, was treated excellent and i would highly recommend going here, customer service by teller and other employees was phenomenal! 5 Star Branch Highly Recommend!

I have banked with them since 2003. Even though I haven't lived in Las Vegas since '05, I have kept my account here. I live all the way in Des Moines, but no matter what, the bank takes care of me. Personable, professional, and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone.
