I am so grateful for Mike and his team for helping me get into the home of my dreams! They were all so helpful with my many questions and always quick to reply to my emails. They even pulled it off and were able to close in 21 days as we requested! I appreciate all of the effort it took to assist in my loan and am so happy with how it all turned out.

It was great working with Bank of England Mortgage. Tanner Hendrix was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very professional and efficient.

Communication seems to be an issue with this branch. Mortgage officer himself was nice, but underwriter kept requesting documents that I had already sent multiple times. On the closing date that they chose, they were not ready - I had to cancel my notary appointment, and they had to send a mobile notary to my house at 9:30pm that evening (while I had guests over) to close the transaction in time for end of month. Duplicate surveys were also done on the property for purchase because they didn't communicate with the title company about it - we kept getting threatening emails from the title company's surveyor when we had already paid the lender's surveyor, and had no idea two surveys were done until we called all parties involved and figured it out. They did take care of it, but my advice: hold them accountable for communication along the way.

Buying a home in Bay County, Florida was made so much easier with the Bank of England and Michael Tarleton!! He walked me through the entire process and was only a text or email away at all times! I will be forever grateful!! Nancy Mitchell
