EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! - When thinking about refinancing, we were dreading it. We knew it was something we wanted to do but was not looking forward to going through the process. I first reached out to our bank- Vystar and boy was that a disaster. I was venting to my friend about my terrible experience and how we probably will just not refinance because the customer service was that terrible and that is when she told me about Shea at Bank of England. Nick Thors has a lack of discretion. He told a realtor we had previously made other real estate offers that did not work out. This realtor may have been given the impression that our offer was not valid, or that we were a risk as a buyer. This may have affected our chances for this particular home. We will not use Bank of England as a lender - EVER!
