We just went through a refinance with BoE, my first, and it was amazing! The process was fantastic it was even easier and more streamlined than I could have imagined. Communication was perfect, they guided us on exactly what/when/why we needed to do. They clearly have this process down pat. We ended up right where we'd hoped with the refi when we started, and it happened so quickly I was shocked. Fees/costs were below the others I considered, so I won't be using anyone but BoE if/when we work with this mortgage again! And special shout out to Aubra who was brilliant, thanks!!!
