    I attempted to withdraw $630 from the atm on 7 /27/2020. The atm had an error and did not dispense the cash, nor a receipt. I called and emailed the bank and was informed that the atm was out of balance and that it had kept deposits from other people. It has been nearly 2 months and I still have not received my money. Furthermore, the fact that the representative confirmed this had been an issue for several days ,means they knew about the problem. Yet continued to let it operate to take funds from other people. I am a high school teacher and do not make very much money. The fact that they would let so much time pass without researching further speaks to the integrity of this branch.
