I just opened an account here after moving to the area. Everyone was super kind and helpful getting me set up with new account and debit cards. When I had an issue with getting my cave city app working I called and they were quick to help me get the issue resolved. This bank definitely has the hometown feel and make sure you are completely taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

I don't want to rag on this bank too much, because there is some really nice and helpful people, like the ladies and men who sit up front at the counter. They are ready to help you. But, the rest of this bank is what I would say unorganized.

their Debit Card system is terrible at least 3 times in 4 or 5 years my card has been locked,,, I depend on that card being valid and this last time it cost me half a day and $20 in gas money to fix their mistake,, and they act like it is my fault,,,well no more I opened a new account at another bank as soon as I get all my autopays moved I am closing the account

They were not open on Saturday when their sign said otherwise. Highly disappointed. Never going back to this bank again.
