Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Grand River Ave, Detroit

Bank of America as a company is now a horrible bank to have your problems solved along with any other conflict that is bank related. The Dispute claim services are a joke and I've been trying to get them to solve a duplicate payment from my auto insurance company which was an error. Now the dispute department has informed me that they weren't able to resolve or go through with the claim. A huge disappointment when needing my money back from a second charge that shouldn't be there when the first payment has went through. I will be switching banking companies as soon as my future deposits come through.

It feels like you are targeted as a thief or possible thief coming into this location. They need to see inside your bags and they have security all around the building. I don't feel safe. I will not return to this bank of america again. They also don't have a drive up ATM. The lady teller wasn't very kind. I feel bad for the guy teller that has to work with her.

This bank is just awfulllllll. The customer service is unprofessional and every single time I've came in to cash checks over the past 2 years, they always seem to have 2 employees taking their sweet time with a line that's out of the door. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is ridiculous and they show absolutely no urgency to assist the customers that walk in. If you can, visit another bank of America. This one is TERRIBLE and I'm never coming back.

I have never been to any bank that requires to to walk through a security door and metal detector like you're going to catch a flight. This is highly disappointing as there aren't many BOAs in the area. I guess I'll have to go outside the city to find a more customer friendly BOA.

At the atm they have a guard 24/7 inside the staff works hard to resolve your problems in I think that's great always helpful love it

Sometimes I think the ATM isn’t safe, peopl stand too close to each other for me, I never liked going inside, because of customer service, but I’m sure staff has changed since I’ve been inside last.

Horrible bank. Always slow and under staffed. Unprofessional and make up their own rules. Came here to cash a check and the person who wrote the check to me misspelled "one thousand" by missing the o. They wouldn't cash the check eventhough the number $1,000 was clear. Another time I had a bigger check and person wrote my name in cursive, their writing made the o in my name look like a cursive "a" and they wouldn't cash check, eventhough I have 3 accounts with BOA. This is the worst bank I've ever been to. Took both checks to a different branch and no problems.

I was given FALSE information about an ATM issue.The staff is CLEARLY not educated in how to handle certain situations. Whether the branch has anything to do with something or not, DON'T GIVE OUT FALSE INFORMATION IF YOU DON'T KNOW.

Don’t bother going to the drive thru 😩 you’ll be in line for 35/45 minutes with 1 person in front. My husband had to go inside to get someone to come to the drive thru window 😡. Horrible service hopefully the area manager will come and try to correct some of these issues and complaints‼️

They dry cleaned my son when I brought him there. 1 star rating.
