Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw

I scheduled an appointment at 12:30 a week in advance. I sat and waited until 1:05 and still hadn’t been seen. I respected their time by being early for the appointment. I would wish they would do the same for me a respect my time.

A good thing this Bank could start is by answering their phone.

Wow! Every time I come into this location ... the line is backed up to the door. There is only two tellers... which is absolutely insane. I understand not rushing with money but wow. After waiting 30 minutes just to get some money taken out , I could not wait any longer for a temporary card while I wait on my replacement.

The absolute best bank..I have been banking with them for quite some time now and I am very pleased ❤️ great customer service and friendly people. Treat you just like family. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends

Flawless service! Needed insurance docs notarized early one morning and my wife and I couldn't arrange for a baby sitter for our 2 and 3 year old children. Was afraid of a long wait; walked right in and was seen immediately. We were missing some critical information needed prior to signing and our notary, Karen Clausen, was kind enough to help entertain our two tornados while we waiting on hold. I highly recommend this recommend this branch of BoA.

I needed to update my banking information with my name change after getting married earlier this month. Anthony met with me and he was fantastic. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work. He helped me through the process and made the switch very effortless. Will definitely be coming back to him in the future!

I liked the experience that I had with them today. They are really nice and cooperative despite of the old system they are still using. The branch needs more of technology for example in check in, automatic doors and more of security. The bank is kind of visible from the outside but it needs a bigger sign tells there is a bank of America here!

Bad customer service. Went in to buy a credit card, checked in and sat for over an hour, watched people get seen over me who showed up after me. Got up and left and was told I "got lost in the shuffle." I know people aren't perfect but this branch is pretty terrible. Unfortunately this is just one of my many poor experiences at this branch. Save yourself some time and go to a different location.

There’s always a long time with only two tellers. There’s always a woman standing at the podium that never helps. One time a teller needed help and was signaling to her and she wouldn’t come over and then when everything was done and handled the woman then comes up and talks down to the teller in front of the long line like she was in trouble. Completely unprofessional. The atmosphere is very uninviting here.

Lousy experience. Been trying for weeks to get hold of the mortgage loan officer for weeks. Doesn't return calls or emails. Can't get hold of the branch manager either. Many in this branch need to work on thier listening and comprehension skills
