Chase Bank Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw

I was traveling, walked in only to find out this is a cashless bank? Had the worst customer service I've ever received in a Chase Bank. My transaction took 20 minutes. If this was my main branch I would pull all my accounts. Sorry to have disturbed the 3 tellers standing in the front chatting which was clear more important than I was.

Using this atm deactivated my account took 4 days to fix and costumer services changed my pin after telling me they wouldn't

I went to this branch to see about opening a savings Acct and link it to my checking Acct. I waited for 15-minutes and no one helped us. 1-lady just sat there and typed on the computer. We turned around and walked out the door. Terrible customer service!!!!!

Went to open my business checking and savings account, as well as apply for a business credit card through Chase, and BRENDA was OUTSTANDING & the-most-HELPFUL in setting this up!

I went in for just the Liquid account because I didn't think I would be able to open an account due to some mishaps years ago. I was wrong, Fiona A Barnett went above and beyond to assist me. She was such a pleasure to work with. We talked about everything , we even began to talk about Christmas and our kids. She absolutely made me feel welcome and she was very informative about the NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT I was able to get. She's a blessing and you all should really do something nice for her because she was amazing.

Chase is a great bank, they are always very professional unlike Truist bank, they are so hard to deal with. I will be moving all my accounts to Chase on Monday morning. I will be leaving Suntrust/Truist after 21y yrs.

This branch is the reason why I’m leaving Chase. Horrendous customer service, rude manager, and the ATMs never work properly. Tellers always seem ticked off that they have to do your transactions. Recently, I was made to feel like an annoyance that I brought coins in to deposit (mind you they were all ROLLED). Disappointing.

I have seen it all now. Went in to request Euros and after 5 minutes waiting, the banker told me this branch has gone cashless, so he was unable to help me. To be clear, I was not expecting the bank to have Euros in stock - any time I've requested currency in the past, there is always a couple of days waiting for the currency to be ordered. That was not possible. What exactly is the purpose of bank that cannot provide money?

Electronic machines only. No teller assist. Cant cash checks. The first chase on wade green sent me here because they are the same. What a joke chase has become. Wouldnt reccomend anyone to bank at any one of their banks if you value your time

If you need to pay your Chase Credit Card bill and don’t have a Chase Checking Account they will not expect payment. Are you kidding me. Said go 5 miles up the road to the other branch. 👎🏼
