Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) FL, Bradenton

Ana, Felipe and Cindy are great. They are nice and really helpful, every time I came to this branch I got all the help and answers that I needed.

I had an issue with my payroll check being held due to an error on the paying banks side. Cynthia was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to make sure that we did everything possible to get the funds cleared into my account. I'm in the customer service industry, and always appreciate excellent customer service. This branch has it in spades. Thank you again Cynthia for all of your help!

Came in to get guidance on two accounts I have there’s one customer ahead of me guy from B of A Cesar says he’ll help me get with a financial advisor I tell that’s really not why I’m here can we go somewhere private to discuss some where other that the lobby he’s says if u don’t want me to put u in contact with one of our financial advisors you’ll have to wait. I have both checking savings and mortgage with B of A what premier account holder and you make assumptions and decisions with out all information. Get with Bank of America been with you for over 20 years! Not happy

Always Fast and they are so nice

I understand the importance of appointments but my bank was packed yesterday to where they took $300 out. Then online banking changed my debit card but they started using my new debit card number taking $200 more. When I walked into the branch the Man explain to me that without an appointment I couldn’t be seen. I understand the appointments are important but at the same time in situations where my bank account is being hacked they should allow for walkins it’s kind of ridiculous

This is my local BOA location, came in to open a new account as I was dissatisfied with my current bank. Everyone was super friendly, I was greeted by Cynthia as I walked in, let her kniw why I was there and Immediately sat me with Loraine to get me set up with a new account. Was the most pleasant banking experience I have ever had. Anybody in the northern manatee county area looking for a banking change go see these wonderful Ladies!!

I'm a BofA client, this is a good branch. Friendly staff, great drive up and excellent location.

Very slow customer service any other Bank of America moves fast then this one

The worst service has this specific branch, the worst employees and the hostess not to mention 🙄 days with my card blocked without being able to pay my debts and they cannot solve anything .... one makes an appointment and on the days of the appointment Employee leaves hesitant (in all her right then) but advise and make appointments but no .... come and if they can attend you well and if not also. And one then, let the one who brought it with the debts take it away.
