Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Military Trl, Boca Raton

Worst experience ever! I walked in and no one was at the front desk, so I wait in line to see one of the tellers. I wait about 10 minutes and when I finally get up to one, he tells me I need to see someone at the front desk. No one is there. Eventually someone tells me to wait on the couch. Another 10 minutes go by and the blonde older woman who I’m supposed to see is chatting with two other customers not related to bank information, and it wasn’t just me waiting. I ended up walking out because I wasn’t even acknowledged, and what I needed to get didn’t require an appointment. Don’t ever go here.

Actually not sure, they used to but most banks have altered their hours and practices. So check their website. As for the branch I use , great folks and one of the only branches open on Saturday.

One of the worst banks I have ever experienced… I don’t know how much money they spent to improve the bank but the bank is worse than it was before the renovation .....service is horrible....

I wanted to cash a check that I received for watching a friend's cat during Hurricane Irma in the amount of $230. I was standing in a long line since there was only one teller working the front and the drive thru on a Friday afternoon at 2:00. I was approached by a very dirty looking employee who asked if she could help. I told her I was cashing a check and don't have an account here. She said I can't help you but the teller can cash it for you and it would be easier if you had an account with us. I waited 20 minutes for the one teller working. After I got to the teller she said why don't you go to Chase where you bank because we are going to charge you $8 to cash this check. I said I should've been told that before waiting for 20 minutes in line. The teller said well just go to Chase. I could not believe my ears. I asked the dirty looking employee why she didn't tell me that and she said we could cash it since it's a Bank of America. I said but I will be charged $8. The dirty looking employee said oh yeah since August we charge to cash another bank's check. She was very very rude and said she could not waive the $8 fee.

I called them 3 times and they don’t answer the phone

Working with Merdrige was great I was able to open my business account very quickly and efficiently I was even offered a 0% credit card I’m so happy with the service here in Boca Raton at the bank of America

I recently opened my own law firm and went to Bank of America to try and figure out what I needed. I was lucky enough to meet with Bazelaire Auredy who patiently advised me of my options and requirements. I asked 10,000 questions and Bazel heard me out and offered me sound advice. I will be banking with BOA and Bazel for a long time. I highly recommend this branch and him in particular.

2nd time at this location and they are as unhelpful as they can get! 3 tellers that did not know about bank service and could not withdraw the amount of funds needed because they don't open the vault on Saturdays. Really?

I have been doing business with BOA for 10 years and I never had a worst customer assistance. They never offered me a solution to my inquiry not even after talking to a Manager. Wasted my time here. Went to another location and problem solved.

This branch is great! When ever I use drive through tellers are prompt, polite, cheerful. Other branches should take note!
