I have been banking with BofA for many , many years and I have not been disappointed until now. Why was I not sent a letter mentioning the temporary closure of the bank? It would have been kind and appropriate to tell the customers what is happening. I have spent hours tying to find any type of info on this change. Now I look around and most of the banks near me are closed. Do you plan on opening soon? Am I going to have to look for another bank? It has been frustrating trying to connect with anybody at the bank. I do my business with you...I would hate to change everything now. I need to get into my safe deposit box and take all the contents out. I guess I will keep everything at home. Please advise what the next step is.

This review is not interned for this location but to BOA in general for their customer support on the phone. I want to give a -star for the customer service that I received from Bank of America. I have been a customer with them since 2012 and have made thousands of dollar purchases with their credit card. I paid off my total balance of over $9000 assuming that I had paid it all of and would be done with payments to them. I then received a bill 9 days later of $80 for fees. I called expecting that they would understand my situation and waive the $80 fee since I had paid my balance in full. The customer service rep that I spoke to said she saw all this and would see what she could do to help me out. She offered to waive the $6.41 but not the other $73!! Why can they waive the balance transfer fee but not the purchase fees?? How is that any different?? Wow, thank you for being so helpful. I asked then to speak to a manager (Joseph Casanova) who then said they cannot do anything about it. I know that as a bank manager, they can waive up to $1000 in fees and that this was barely anything to him compared to me. They obviously do not value my business or being a faithful customer for over 6 years. I took out a personal loan to pay this card off and another $80 is something big to me as a single mom trying to make ends meet. But BOA did not care to hear my story or have any empathy for my position. They are the worst credit card company I have ever had. I will be closing my accounts with them and they have forever lost a faithful customer. I hope this will be seen and others will be warned of their horrible lack of care for the small consumer.

I signed up here when BofA had a great deal with my company. However, a year into banking with them, I received a letter saying they were switching the plan, which then went from free checking to having to pay for it as well as using the debit card. The only remorse I felt is that the people who work at this branch are extremely friendly. BoFA a company is not as enjoyable.

Their ATM broke in the middle of a cash deposit. Said it only deposited 300 and not the full 580. You will be stuck in customer service hell trying to get it fixed. No one in the branch could help. And the idiots on the phone couldnt help either.

Customer Service to absolutely horrible. Requiring people to come into the bank during a pandemic is horrible policy. I will never bank with them and would not recommend anyone ever do. Teller was rude and inconsiderate. Stating policy for her rudeness.

    Response from the owner

Hello Jennifer. We are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. We apologize for this experience. ^nicole

This branch just stinks. I have had my account there for ages and frequently I have walked away with bad service. One time I was at the teller and I had to take an urgent cell phone call and the teller made a dirty face at me. I have been wanting to close my accounts at BOA but looks like all branches just stink and I can't make myself to go there and receive their lousy service. Not only is the bank as a whole a crooked bank they top it off with poor service too.
