I've been a customer of Boa for 14 years... I was at the location trying to deposit/cash a check from my insurance. Why? My car was stolen and totaled! I received a check for a large amount to buy a car... The teller there made me feel like I was a poor minority because she wouldn't cash it. Yet, I have always cashed a check and even pulled out thousands at one time. I was discriminated and called the Boa customer service line and they let me know that someone flagged my account that's why. Now I have to wait two weeks to get a car and drive around in my other car until then. The lady was like 50 to 69 with brunette hair and super skinny. I don't recommend this bank location because I shouldn't be treated like a criminal or a suspicious person when I am trying to deposit a check into my own account.

9.07 AM, drive thru still closed. Looks like they need a lesson on time management. It never opened, went through lobby.

Worst bank ever! RIPPERS! SCAMMERS! They will never help the customers regardless of anything. One representative tells there will be no fees for so and so transaction and the next day the automated system will charge you the fees. And when I called customer care, they said we cant do nothing once the fees are posted. I was having a business account with boa since 7 months and I had a terrible experience with them. Never go for this bank.

This is by far the worst BOA location I've ever been to. The worst customer service(provided by the manager-ANA-). The one day of the week you are open at 6pm and being located on the busiest intersection in the Bedford/Euless area you should staff an efficient amount of people to handle the customers. I was told I could come back another day when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, which I assume a lot of people do since we work 9-5 jobs M-F. Let me save you your time and frustration and skip this bank all together.

We have been a BOA customer for years! The drive-thru is always closed and we have to go inside and wait in line. We only come to this location to make a deposit and because it’s close by. Mina is very unprofessional upon greeting us and unpleasant with customers. She does not greet you professionally and rolls her eyes. When customers come in and she asks them why they are coming in she mumbles underneath her breathe and tells you to stand in line instead of helping. Victoria is always nice and helpful which is why I’m giving 2 stars. ⭐️ If you are looking for a bank please do not go here unless you go directly to Victoria. BOA if you do not want to lose our business please hire professional employees and speak with your employee about her attitude. Thank you!

This branch has gone downhill dramatically. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Tellers are extremely rude (and this from a supposed manager). She put my receipts at the back of the box and didn't extend it all the way so i could reach the receipts. No good morning. No thank you. The wait time is extremely long. Employees standing around not doing anything while there are lines inside and out.

I have been BOA customer for 10 years and have Platinum Honors privileged. I had great experience dealing with BOA in Washington state but this particular branch needs improvement. 1. Wait time 2. Their reluctance for Notarization of docs. While other bank honor the similar request

This is the worst BOA facility I have ever dealt with. It is close to my house, that is why I go to this location. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I moved down here and opened new accounts with this facility. They needed our drivers licenses but when we got our new cards, both our names were spelled incorrectly. It is awful to try and get service here. Wait times are terrible and we just get ignored. The notary process here is a nightmare.

These people do not have any idea what they are doing. If you don't know something, then its fine but don't provide wrong information. When opening a new bank account, the person asked me to show my SSN card. I didn't had it in my hand at that moment but provided the number. He refused to open my account and asked to bring the SSN card saying his boss needs to see the card or copy of it, and rescheduled the appointment at afternoon. When coming back at afternoon, they didn't bother to see my SSN card and opened my account. I am an authorized employee in USA. My wife is a USA citizen. We asked for a joint account and the same guy refused to do so because she is a citizen and I am not and according to BOA its a violation of their policy. Funny that after one month later, we opened a joint account over the phone with BOA Dallas service center.
