    We have a personal and Business account here. Every single time we come to the bank it's minimum 30 minute wait. Drive through is rarely open, the lobby is ALWAYS full and like today people are lined up outside of the bank. No one answers when you call and majority of the time employees are rude. I'd say you need to hire more tellers and open your drive through. Yall are slacking!

    Drive thru two people lie to me. Create New drive thru procedure.( They have fill a form, they don’t have it )Went in side the bank ,asked teller what is the Procedure is,no form she made my deposit . I wonder ,why two different teller have deference procedures?

    This place is a straight up joke! I have a printed check from the Toyota dealership, had a pic of my valid driver's license & the license from when I renewed on line 7 yrs ago on top of my birth certificate & social security card. They wouldn't accept it. So I go thru all the trouble getting my driver's license renewed at the DPS & they gave me a legitimate temporary paper driver's license. I go back to the bank with my new driver's license in hand & they still won't cash my check. Said they need the actual driver's license. If what I have is good enough for the state of Texas & the United States government then it should be good enough for that POS bank

    This is is worst bank I have ever used! My husband had 2 checks written to him from a friend's personal account. They deposited the checks Saturday, then come Monday around noon they put a hold on both checks, that means they took the deposit back. We were out to lunch when that happened. Luckily we had money in another bank. When we went up to this location Chad said they put a hold on the checks for ONE WEEK! They gave us no notice, they just took OUR money. He just said sorry. He did no action to try and help us. So I called the customer service on the back of my debit card. She gave us a little more action. She tried to get the hold at least reduced and gave us a tad bit more info. But no the hold was still being done. When my husband called his friend they had already taken the money out of her account. So they take our money away from us and take the money out of his friend's account. This is a greedy and stupid financial institution. I will stick to my small town bank where I live. We never had a problem with any deposits with that account. Bank of America has just lost 2 customers from this nonsense action.

    The lobby wait is ridiculous. There's always only two tellers (sometimes 1) to service account holders. The wait is always 20-30 mins. That is an extended amount of time when the solution could be to dedicate 3 tellers to the lines. There's always one lady walking around suggesting the ATM rather than jumping in to help the tellers. Can there not be part time help during rush hours?

    These bank tellers are the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a bank they've been rude countless times to my wife and I both. Not to mention you get charged a fee for all kinds of different things that most other banks don't charge you for.

    Be prepared for long waits with extremely long lines that this lobby was full of customers. It was so bad that lots of people were walking out. Very bad for business!! Also we had a very rude lobby staff especially 1 man named Michael. He kept telling me if I didnt like it I can take my business elsewhere. I did take a worker there to open a account, so I will do as Micheal said take my business elsewhere!! Very disappointed that they closed our only good office in River oaks! BIG MISTAKE!! Bank of America will be loosing lots and lots of customers if they don’t open another location.

    Brianna was very sweet and knowledgeable! She walked us through the whole process of creating a savings account and we even talked about coming back to get my finances I’m order and my credit better!! Love her! She’s the only reason I stay banking with y’all!

    Beware of rude typical bank if you have a choice by all means use another bank they are the worst bank rock bottom DO NOT USE BOA you have been warned .
