Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) E Highland Dr, Jonesboro

Wish I could give 0 Stars! I've been a customer with BOA for 6 years, and it is time to switch banks. This jonesboro branch will not answer the phone! There is no convenience when you have to drive 20 minutes just to ask a few account questions. Also the lines at the drive thru are sometimes hours long! What are ya doing in there! I've been calling for 2 days now to ask an account question, and finally decided to come up to the branch and stood in line for almost 2 hours so I left and finally had to call up the main number to get them answered. Do better! No I'm not gonna reach out to your Twitter account either.

Drive thru is easily accessible without any hang ups.

With "drive-thru". I've seen it open twice in two years. And one of those times lobby was closed due to covid and we waited for 2 hours. There's no excuse for 2 hour wait. I only go there because it's my landlords bank and I HATE it. Everytime.

Terrible customer service of any bank in Jonesboro. Drive up window is closed more than it is open.

Wow! Hard to believe all these negative reviews! I have been banking with BoA since they came to Jonesboro. I have almost never had a problem with long waits except once or twice on like a Friday afternoon. Tellers and other employees have been friendly and efficient. i admit their interest rates suck!

I usually don’t give bad reviews but I have given this bank several chances on getting better at their customer service. After waiting at the drive thru at the bank after 1hour of waiting I just want to say this is the worst bank ever. I have NEVER in my life waited so long at a bank drive thru. They should get more employees or get the ones they have now to pick up the pace. It’s not that hard to be a teller did it do 3yrs and doesn’t take but a few minutes. (I was the third car back so no telling how long other people behind me will wait).

Thought it was gonna be a good bank only issue I’ve had is trying to talk to someone ! Especially at my local branch they open at 9 have called since then and no answer! Inside is alway fast for me anyway but come on there is no way they are all completely covered up busy at 9 in the morning as soon as they open

They charge a monthly maintenance fee and they maintain absolutely nothing!

I wish 0 stars was an option. I have banked with BOA in DC, Virginia, Texas, and Florida and they were all great. When we moved to Arkansas, we didn't want to bother with switching banks. I thought I could deal with the terrible hours at the location in Jonesboro, but I soon discovered I can't. If you work a job with normal hours, you will never get to go to this bank. They won't answer their phone no matter how many times you call trying to get information. They are so rude when you have to go inside and their ATMs are messed up at least once a month when I go to make a deposit or withdraw. My family is actively in the process of switching our savings and checking from BOA to another bank in the area with much nicer people and more convenient hours.

I have found this bank to be very courteous and they have gone above and beyond their duties for me. very kind and very courteous all the time!!! The best customer service ever!!!!!!
