I had such a great experience at this Bank of America location. While waiting in line, I was approached to be helped by two different employees which I really appreciated. The second guy, Jonathan Rodriguez, showed optimal customer service. I was waiting on a replacement debit card and was there to get a cash withdrawal to hold me over. Jonathan showed me how to add a temporary digital card to my Apple Wallet WHICH WAS SUPER HELPFUL. I can’t tell you how badly I needed this. He was extremely patient when explaining to me how to get it done and he was very pleasant to talk to. Thank you Jonathan for your help and being the example of TOP NOTCH customer service.

Only one teller works here and leaves for lunch so no one is here for at least 45 mins now that I’ve been sitting here waiting. Meanwhile there are three employees working at their desks but are for “investments only”. Can’t help you. So if u want to just sit around and wait until the one teller decides to come back for lunch then this is the bank for you!

Brooks Darnell was so helpful to me today. I worked with him last time I was at this branch and his helpfulness and customer service is impeccable. It was really cool to hear that he actually stopped by my bakery and got a treat. This makes me feel like I’m not banking with a giant company, and that I have a personal relationship with our business banker. I really appreciate the care that this branch puts into my business and making me feel supported.

This BOA location is great! I come by twice a week while I’m running errands on this side of town, because the service is always great (friendly bank tellers), and fast in person depositing. I made an appointment last week to open a new account for my teenage daughter and Darnell Brookes was very quick to make us feel comfortable and made the process fast with our rushing us out the door, walked my daughter through setting up her account on the app and what skills she can set on her account based on her goals (saving money).

The service here is incredible! I had so many things that I needed to get done and Brooks and Dennis were so sweet and extremely Thorough. Dennis had a friendly smile as soon as I walked in and made sure everything was going well with throughout my meeting. As well as Brooks got everything done in a timely professional manner! Ask for them!!!!

I'd rate this location a zero if I could. Good luck doing any sort of business in a timely fashion. One person working both the inside AND drive thru lanes, took me 45 minutes to do a deposit through the teller. Most times there is a line going outside and around the building queued up for teller services. Corporate should take notice that this branch is nearing the 2-star rating, shameful and embarrassing.

We needed to a wire transfer, which we could not accomplish online or with the help of BoA customer service. We were directed to make an appointment for the next morning to have a banker help. Appt: 9AM Standing outside the door in a line until 9:15 - one guy came to open up and quickly apologized "emergency, opening soon". More employees show up including some guy in a black jeep with NY license plates that parked in a handicapped spot, then went in, completely ignoring all of us. Just going to stereotype here and say that we were supposed to meet with a Meryl Lynch guy apparently and he would fit the profile. At 9:17 I called Regions bank - 4 minutes away - they said they were ready and happy to help. Walked right in, VERY pleasant experience. Did not try to upsell us anything which I guarantee was going to happen at BoA. Roughly 20 minutes after we left Bank 1, we were done. But the reason they really get 1 star? No-one followed up. No one cared enough to see if we ever got help. We've been customers for literally 30 YEARS. 0 follow up. 0 customer service. F-

Going to the bank can be a chore but Dennis and Alex made my day! Dennis was super friendly, considerate, and helpful, even while the branch was busy. He greets everyone as they come in and makes sure everyone has what they need. I arrived early for my appointment but we got to chat while I waited, and I enjoyed the pleasant conversation. Alex is extremely capable as well—he understood all of my questions exactly and was happy to explain everything clearly. He was patient and cordial, all while helping me with everything I needed to get done. I’ve never left the bank in such a good mood!

Wish I could give zero stars. Literally the WORST bank I have ever had to deal with. Take a look at the "few" positive reviews, they are all nearly identical, so I wager to guess they are fake. At any given time this branch has exactly 1 teller, and a line out the door. The drive-thru is never open anymore, despite the hours being posted on the door. If you ask about the drive thru, they tell you that they are just having a problem "that one day" and it will be open tomorrow. Complete LIE, this has been going on for months. And while 1 teller tries to help everyone, there are 2-3 useless employees wandering around with iPads,. asking a bunch of useless questions, and trying to divert people to the ATM outside. This place is an absolute joke. I moved all my accounts to Suntrust on Platt, and the customer service there is TOP NOTCH! The only reason I go to BOA anymore is if I have to drop off a deposit for my co-worker. I would love to see them go completely out of business. They have no regard for anyone's time, and no ability to efficiently run a business.

40 min to 1-hour average wait time to cash payroll checks for my staff. It literally takes them no longer than a minute to do, yet the wait times are beyond unacceptable. They have one teller yet several staff walking around or sitting at desks. I should be investing time at my business, but instead spending hours wasted in lines to cash a check. 3 consecutive weeks…no different at other branches. Going to have to reconsider banking with BoA and POS system just because of this.

An hour and a half wait! What is wrong with y’all?!? Get more staff and don’t take lunch breaks all together!!! Unprofessional and Ludacris how y’all run your business! An hour and a half wait to get a replacement CC... Dennis “The Manager” you lack communication skills and depth on this scenarios! Seriously, you are the manager?!? Go back to customer service 101 and do us a favor and please, be better... do better...
