Horrible customer service from a heavy set crew member I believe was her name was kimberly M. possibly. she did not want to give me her nor her mgrs information. she was extremely ghetto with blonde hair and long nails. she was not at the counter when I originally walked in and did not even want to help me once I asked for additional information on the issue I had and completely turned away and walked in the back office. I had to call another store to get her mgr information because she refused to provide it to me. she was the only person in the store so I figured she did not care and felt she could do what she wanted .

Jalissia here is so amazing! I've been having the WORST experiences trying to pay my rent for McKinley- they've been making me jump through a million hoops and when the cash app they gave me didn't work, I literally started breaking down and crying on her. I felt so bad, but she told me that's unfortunately normal for McKinley. She was so professional and walked me through getting a money order and told me what she did when she was having similar problems. This morning has been so frustrating, but she made me feel so much better by the time I left! Two thumbs up for Jalissia and give this lady a raise!

The service and professionalism was outstanding. Denise was very personable and exemplified the highest level of customer service that I've experienced in a very long time.

Listen to meeeeeeeeee.....when I tell you Denise is superb...very respectful, helpful and will always go out her way to help you....every time I visit this particular store, she NEVER lets me down...Not sure who's over her but you have the right employee running the store for sure....Ms. Denise thanks for all you do, not just only for me but I've seen customers that has actually been in front of me thanking her for being so helpful....AGAIN, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU....YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED:-)
