    I was here in January and all of the employees from the expeditor near the door and a couple tellers that I dealt with were extremely helpful. Especially Dwayne Smith vice president, financial center manager along with Sharon Heal assistant vice president, financial solutions advisor I think they went out of their way to try and help me make my transfer from Merrill Lynch to a Bank of America account I feel they went above and beyond to make this happen for me! I definitely recommend this branch!

    Worst bank I've ever had. Closed my account in less than a week. Crummy service, half staffed locations, no drive thru, and locked my account bc they thought a check from another bank was fraud. Poor employee training. Most places won't take boa checks

    Tellers are always curt to say the least. Not very friendly. Also frustrated because when I went to deposit a check into a joint account I hardly use the teller failed to tell me that it had a negative balance and would eat half my check after refusing to cash my check. Will be switching banks after this one. Could’ve given me a heads up.

    Terrible customer service. I feel as if they make up random fees for no reason, its sad. I am paying off my credit card and going somewhere else. If you work hard for your money I would avoid using Bank of America. To top it off they don't even have a drive thru which is very inconvenient. I hate giving bad reviews, if you go look at my reviews they are always good but there is no way I could give this place a good review, if I could do less than one star I would....

    They do not care about their customers’ money, safety, or convenience. They have eliminated all drive thru services in the city, and intentionally did not give any warning. You would think that after ripping away customer features they would step up their customer service, but quite the contrary. Today for example, after she took my deposit she threw my receipts on the counter (behind the glass) and said here you go. They used to staple the receipts together and put them back in the deposit bag, as it was when I handed it to her. After she made my change order, she also threw the money down on the counter (behind the glass again, the safety barrier for tellers, where you are not supposed to be). I hesitated thinking surely she will neatly pile this up and put it back in the deposit bag, but she didn’t. She said again, “you can just go ahead and grab that”, causing me to bend down, reach under and behind the safety barrier. I’ve been a business customer for years and it’s only gotten worse. If I wasn’t bound by a corporate contract I would take my money elsewhere. Figure it out BOA.

    Came to the bank to pay a credit card and the associate instead of making my payment withdraw from the credit card account, when we ask them to solve this situation they said they work through the appointments! Every time we come to this branch the employees are rude and helpless

    It seems like the bank is always closed or I'm unable to get an appointment to speak with anyone. I'll be closing all my accounts with them, including investment accounts, as soon as I can, assuming I can ever get anyone to acknowledge me.

    Terrible customer service. Thur 5/5 at 12:15, waited 20 min to deposit. There were 6 bankers in offices and ONE teller

    Blonde teller in the middle was extremely rude and she threw my license back at me at the end of the transaction. I work customer service and so I’m always overly polite so I don’t know what her problem is. I’m glad I normally go to the one by Bass Pro as they are polite and efficient. Hoping that one reopens soon. There’s no need to be hateful! She seemed to just have a short fuse for no reason. Security at the door and man at the podium were both nice at least.

    I closed my account with Bank of America 8 years ago because they are the worst bank in America. I see that hasn't changed. A friend of mine, who works 3rd shift and needed to go home and get some sleep, asked me to deposit a 20$ bill into his account to prevent it from being overdrawn. I went I to do just that. Any other bank would have taken to money. The lady rudely refused to do so. I had a deposit slip, filled out by him, and expressed to her that if she didnt accept the deposit that he would be charged an overdraft fee. Shes an old and short blonde. Bank of America will do anything they want in order to rob the working class of as much money as they can. I personally bank with Simmons, and Central Bank. Both are friendly, kind, honest, and understanding. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
