Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Reviews

BOA is second largest bank in the US. However, it is on 4th place for number of employees. How they manage to get there is by cutting tellers in the branches. You would always find long lines of customers waiting for teller. Pandemic hit smalls businesses hard but banks made money by distributing PPP. BOA managed to refuse processing forgiveness support for second PPP loans. Objective is to keep the cost down and make money on taxpayer’s funds. They only care for corporate giants instead of small business or poor individuals. Perhaps name should be changed to Bank of Corporate America (BOCA) instead of BOA. See this branch had only one teller for drive through and lobby customers. Hence see the line of customers waiting for a teller.
Hello Anas. Thank you for your feedback. We’re always working to improve. ^rosie

This branch is the only branch open in the area and it shows. The staff is patient, overwhelmed, and works hard. They are flooded with higher than usual traffic but they are always friendly and in good spirits. I go to this bank on a regular basis and they have always been nice to me. Circumstances ongoing, they do have people wait outside in 6ft spacing, but they do give water out and have people sit once they're inside in the AC. Very professional and helpful, I've seen them handle it all. I highly recommend this bank as they are practicing safe social distancing, security, and an overall cleanliness. I will be going to this bank for any of my banking needs!

Terrible hours! Edit: BoA response basically does 2 things... a) dodges hours issue by blaming the CDC and government (they are not restricting your hours!) and b) directs me to a BoA locater, as though I don't know how to find other locations. Insulting response BoA - you'd have been better off not replying.

We went to this location with our kids. 7 and 5 year old boys were doing exactly what was expected of them :) The manager started engaging them while we’re busy with our bank work. She and her team were very friendly. The work I was there for was completed with convenience in 15 min. All this while they kept the kids engaged and gave them water when asked. One does not expect this at the bank, but kudos to the team there who went above and beyond they duty. Here is the best compliment to them. My 7 year old while walking out says he wants to visit the bank again. Was by far my best experience at any bank. Well done . Keep it up !!

Easily the worst bank branch I've ever been in. The slowest wait times, regardless of circumstances, associates taking conference calls on speaker phone exposing customers in line to sensitive operational information, and the manager here openly and loudly reprimands employees on the floor with customers present. Very unprofessional branch and I go out of my way to avoid it whenever possible.

Terrible customer service. I would avoid that place as it starts with the lady at the door. Not personable and sounded like an automated message. Stay away if you don’t have an appointment. Your bank cannot service you because they have reached the number of people they can service for the day (they are all booked for the day) and it is 0210 pm and they close at 4 pm . Good job!

I was really concerned after seeing many negative reviews for this branch, but I had to go anyway and it was an absolute pleasant experience! I came for a cashier’s check. The teller and the manager were very professional and proceed my request quickly. I spent 15 minutes here including the wait time. After I got the check, the teller suggested me to activate their preferred client benefits, and the lobby manager was able to help. I can see they really care for the clients. Maybe I came early in the morning and it’s not yet overwhelming here. Overall they have a great team to deliver great services!
Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^jan

When you cease to provide change for the laundromat, you no longer have any authority to call yourself a "bank." Went in to exchange my cash for quarters (just like the person next to me, who was also turned away) and was told I couldn't get change because of the nationwide shortage on coins. If you claim to be a bank, you have to provide your customers with money and yes, that includes coins - full stop. If you can't provide this basic service, shut your doors.

Worst customer service. Ever. This is not my first poor experience with this bank, which unfortunately has now prompted me to write this review. Today I waited 24 minutes to make a deposit, not during the lunch rush. 4 managers walking around greeting people but not doing anything to help SERVICE customers. When you ask a manager anything they always tell you “someone will be with you shortly”. Today with 3 people still waiting in line, a manager approaches 1 of 2 tellers and asks her to process something for her, then the teller leaves. This happens consistently when I’m here. I can get past the fact that I’m in here almost weekly and you can’t remember my face but the blatant lack of customer service is unacceptable.

This is a fantastic branch - the people are excellent and the interior is very nice and comfortable. A special thanks to Marzieh who is calm, efficient, and lovely - she made the process very smooth and easy. I would recommend making an appointment, not walking in, if you have a need that will take more than 5 minutes. They are very organized!
