    I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience with them yesterday. My sweet 18 year old teenage daughter walked in walked in to their lobby at 3:58 PM. She needed a simple notary signature on one is a signature on one page. Sadly she was informed that they closed in one minute and that they were unwilling to help her. What is even more sad is that she was looking to open an account with them as well when when they had more time to help her. That will not be the case anymore. I have never seen a bank turn away business. Especially on a transaction so small. Definitely not winning with your customer service.

    There is always a line out the door, the only ever have 1 maybe 2 tellers open. But they have a greeter at the door and greeters inside. That’s a frustrating waste of labor. You may be higher up The ladder then a teller but it should still be policy to direct people where help is needed the most. If you don’t have enough people to open another teller then don’t have someone at the door or in the lobby. Employees are always nice and helpful this review doesn’t reflect the individual service but the management and management mindset.

    This branch needs a new crew! They are horribly disrespectful to customers, and they need new training on what actually customer service is. Talking back to the customer is not how to keep their business. Get it together BOA!

    This is the worst location to bank at. Long lines with only one or two tellers at all times . Finally when you do get to a teller and if Marcela gets called best believe they will deny helping you with your baking needs....They do not care for their customers. If you have to drive the extra mile to avoid this location please do so.

    Wanted to open an account and this place had 3 banks next to each other. Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase. I was lucky enough to walk into BOA first. 2nd I went to Wells Fargo and the gentleman there invited me and did take a couple of minutes to brief me on my enquiry. The lady in chase was quite rude and showed no interest or regard what so ever and just printed out the papers for me to read it myself. However, Ms. Norman, Andrea at Bank of America was an absolute professional, polite, very helpful, didn't seemed tired and disinterested like the neighboring banks.. it really felt what the TV at the Lobby was showing, they really want to be number 1 and I had the best service experience, especially having issues with fnu. The gentleman who first helped me with a few minutes at BOA was too good too.. when he saw me outside, he even stopped on his way out and asked if my enquiry was taken care of... You got good assets there BOFA.

    Useless. Only open 7 hours. Tried to get a direct deposit slip for my wife on our JOINT account and they refused. Oh and btw my wife works 9 to 5 so i guess we need to find a different bank. So much fir the extra mile, these people won't even go the extra inch. So disappointed.

    The customer service at this branch is terrible. I needed to request that a large some of cash be made available for withdrawal and no one ever answers the phone here. I had to take time out of work twice to go there physically for a simple request. I was also given the branch mangers email address and was told I would get a response that way instead of calling, but no response to my email either. My issue still hasn’t been resolved, and I have to take more time to go to a further branch.

    Imagine be a BOA member for over 15+ years, then you visited this BOA location and Fidel (the “host”) can’t even open the door for you even thou he is doing nothing. Then, you have to wait OVER an Hour to talk to one of the representatives. Well, guess what, I ended up at another bank and got my second bank account open in less than an hour. I’m thinking to switch banks after this experience. Why is this place still open anyways? For the sake of BOA reputation, this place needs new management.

    Always short staffed, drive thru never open even though it is listed as a drive thru location. They have a greeter…how about train her and put her in a teller window, maybe the drive thru? Or instead of making people wait outside when there is a line, open the drive thru so we can wait in our car. Don’t know who the branch manager is but not doing a good job! Customer service is not a priority.

    I have used BOA for many years now. What I do like is that they have lots of ATMs available and branches in the area. I don't know why but they don't sell money orders anymore so you have to get a $15 Cashier's check or go somewhere else. The other thing is they charge for check registers when you reorder checks which I totally can't believe. I hate when a business lowers their services or raises the price for giving you less services. I guess it's no longer good enough to have your money in a bank to get check registers. I realize most people are using debit cards, credit cards and bill pay now. I do that too, but there are times I use checks. I like to keep all my options available. Would I leave a bank that I've been at for many years over a charge on the register that has always been free? Yep, I sure would. It's not my only bank nor the only bank in my area. I can drive one business over in two different directions or across the street to another bank.

    The new staff at this location is very rude and rushes. Even though the lines are usually a while waiting. The drive through is usually closed with no fore warning. ***EDIT 10.4.2021 NOTHING has changed! Still no drive thru and lines out the door. Once you get inside you have 5 or so people sitting in thier office talking to each other helping no one. And 2 employees "working the door". I run a multi million dollar business myself and have been short staffed during the pandemic but the difference is I get out on the floor and work along side my staff so that my customers do not have to suffer with long lines or poor service. Being short staffed is a poor excuse to provide such terrible service.

    This place is getting worse No help they don’t even have employees to do the drive through. Inside the bank is big line and 1 teller. If they keeping there customer service like that They will lose lot of there customers I want to add another Another thing that this used to be the best bank branch that I’ve ever known I’m the customer since 2005

    Called about a deposit first lady said she could not look up my account then transferred me to automated service. Called back several several several times and when the really rude person answered, she said we are not allowed to look up your account, you have to use the automated or come in, except you open at 10 and close at 4 you pampered little money movers that can't help anyone on the phone sorry to bother you. Nobody has those hours but you !!!!! They are holding 600 dollar check I've been waiting for for 3 weeks and nobody will tell me why, seems like all they want is fees out of this deal, they just sent back an online payment and charged me 35.00 to boot while holding a check that that covers all of it they have never done this. They say it will be another week before they release it, and will not help you Terrible bank
