Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) S Molalla Ave, Oregon City

Unbelievably understaffed. Only one teller in the building. Most employees cannot assist many transactions because they are not bankers.... they have to schedule that with another banker... be prepared for a wait and possibly a return trip. Transactions take more time than they should at a higher frustration and difficulty level. Bring multiple ID documents, even if they 100% know you and situation, you still need to give them more id info. Do yourself a favor, bank at a credit union.

WORST CUSTOMER “SERVICE”!!! Apparently it takes more than 10 minutes to show the “banker” my marriage certificate to change my name. I had stopped going to banks for this very reason-credit unions are far more customer focused

Horrible. No one answers the phone. I've tried twice just to get a fax number to be able to send documents that need to be completed with the bank - only to be rerouted to another state -twice. Just a fax number. Anyone....anyone?

What an amazing manager .. she MADE my day! Really gave me hope in customer service and banking in general. I so appreciated that. As life is hard enough ! Went above and beyond after a horrific experience downtown on 1st and Morrison .. awful kids run that bank .. just awful! Thank you OREGON CITY and your kindness frankly !!!

I set an appointment to see a mortgage officer, but when I arrived was told it would be another 20 minutes. I left after 15. Guess they didn't want my business that bad. Key Bank got my business. That was quick and easy.

It's OK. If you want someone to answer a phone, go to another bank. Personally I find that very annoying. The people in the bank are nice and I've always enjoyed my interactions with everyone there.

When you go to Bank of America with one of their checks. And you do not have a bank account yourself there they will charge you $8. I would never bank with a bag that rips might friends and family off. I feel it is their check they should honor it. Nowhere on the check does it say that they will charge you if you bring it to their Lobby. I feel this needs to be on the check I'm not taking Bank of America checks anymore in this is going to be how they act and I'm finding it with us bank and all the other Banks. Very few of them do not charge you to cash their check. And I guess my other question is are they reporting this income to the IRS I don't get a receipt they get upset when I ask for one

I have been banking here for 25 years. So many great people and never been treated poorly. I also bank with a credit union, which they known for being friendly as they promote being local, and these folks at this bank act like a local credit union though they are a big bank. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends here.

The atm in the drive thru works about 10% of the time. Tonight it went to return my card and ejected it below the card opening slot. So, I was unable to pull it out. The only way to grab it would have been to use pliers... but by that time it had locked closed. Out of the 2 years I have been going to that bank, the atm has only ever allowed me to deposit cash 1 time. This branch seems to be poorly managed and the customer service from this bank and the entire bank of America staff has been absolutely horrible. I am going to a credit union right away.

I have Had Great Customer Service here at the Oregon City B of A.!!!! Been going to this Bank Branch for years. Wonderful, Supportive Professional People! And Karra is a Beautiful Professional with a Heart Of Gold!!
