Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston Salem

One of the slowest and inconsistent locations in of Bank of America. They do keep your 💰 money safe, but can be absolutely slow in doling it out, meeting with you, or conducting transactions. The staff try to be helpful and friendly so that helps. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

I gave 5 stars,but I really mean double that. From the time my wife & I entered the bank, Wayne, gave the definition of HOSPITALITY. Had me ready to switch my bank to Bank Of America😁

First off I will start off by stating that this place has a bad smell on the interior all of the time. Secondly, they close too early which is not good for the working class. Lastly, they have four drive-thru tellers and EVERY time that I go, there is only one open. The one that is open...I swear that they purposefully run it slow as molasses. If it weren't for me having to pay someone that uses this bank, I would NEVER grace this place.

The wait here is always extremely long, some young black dude with an Eddie made me sit in the drive thru for about 10 mins without acknowledgement before I pulled off. The Hispanic lady there is very nice and helpful though.

The Bank of America on Silas Creek Parkway is the WORST. You are not a valued customer, they do not care about your finances, you are simply just another person they can screw over. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY and go to another bank that actually cares. (PINNACLE IN WELCOME, NC IS THE BEST) I typed a detailed paragraph on the situation that earned this branch 1 star (would've been 0 stars if I had that option) but realized no one cares to read a book on why this isn't the bank for them. Instead they can take that risk of finding out, hopefully sooner than this customer did.

10 grand was taken in to bank of America. It was ushered to a back room. Lady come back 2.3 grand short. Saying that's all their was. I later found out that at this WinstonSalem branch they should have counted it in front and allowed it to be counted again. The branch manager said it was right. They don't know that exposure is coming to their branch.

Do you like waiting and waiting and waiting either in line at the counter, drive-thru, or a pre-set appointment? Do you like a overall condescending atmosphere and attitude? Well look no further! This is the best location for all the above for each and every visit you make! 0 stars if I could. Save the headache and nonsense for another time and place, just go to the the Hanes Mall-Pavilions Shopping Center location if you'd prefer to be treated as a respectable human being.

Our experience has been very positive here. The greeter is always very friendly and everyone has been very nice and professional. They do seem to not have enough employees for the foot traffic that comes in and that is a downside. but the waiting area is comfortable and once waited on they are very efficient.

Every time I have been to this bank, I have had a terrible experience. They always seem too busy to help and act like everything is an inconvenience. They are rude and discourteous. I would rather drive to Thruway or Hanes Mall Blvd to use those branches, even though Silas Creek is closer to my house.
