Absolutely insulting offer for a Neil Lane wedding set. Lady asked what I wanted, said my number, she just shook her head, threw the rings on a scale, Offered $200 when the paperwork (I had in hand) was never asked for and it didn’t even come close to what I paid for taxes on the rings. Ended up selling the rings at Apple Pawn, do your business anywhere else, not here.

Should hire someone with some knowledge of items being brought in. Tried to sell a $400 Schwinn Mountain bike for $125. She had NO idea what it was worth, so she "pretended" to look it up on the computer. After a few minutes offered me $60? I know for a fact they could have put it on the floor for $295 and sold it over the weekend. I guess that's why they don't have any bikes in their shop, they DON'T KNOW what they're worth. I will not be going back.

I've been in Triad Pawn a few times and they do have a good selection and pretty decent prices. My only complaint with them is that their employees have no personality's whatsoever. Every time I've been there, the employee's act like they hate being there. They're very dry and a couple times I've tried to start a conversation while waiting, they don't really say anything so it's like talking to a wall and they never smile!! All in all, good selection and fair prices but the employee's need to go to a personality class or something.

Told me I could sell me projector on the phone then proceeded to tell me when I got to the store (wasted gas)that my item was missing pieces when the item never came with any extra cords!

They were so nice!!! Very fair and honest people!! They will work with you. Definitely will be returning!!

Dealt with these guys on several occasions. They have always treated me more than fair anytime we have needed their assistance. They have excellent deals on the used merchandise that comes out of pawn, and the sometimes get very unique one-of-a kind items. Keep up the good work!

I came here because of the high ratings but regarding my experience I found it's customer service lacking. By this I mean I felt judged and was told my jewelry wasn't what it said it qas which is degrading to say the less as I know what my good jewelry is. After showing a very young girl a few pieces I stopped the "interrogation" and left feeling horrible. I don't want to sell my good jewelry but being in a tough money situation calls for desperate acts so to be treated like I was was very humilitating.

Mr Chrisitan has excellent customer service. I would tell anyone to go to this pond shop. Out of all the pond shops I've been to. This one is by far the best at deals and customer service!

I have dealt with them several times and you couldn't ask for better people to deal with!! They are fair and honest and will not low ball you!! Go in with your price and they will get you what you are asking for or at least a fair price for your items!! I will be going back when I need the extra cash!! Go and check them out seriously you will not regret it!!!

I honestly don’t know how she makes any money here. I can’t seem to sell or pawn anything here every time I show up.Tried to pawn a hp touch screen laptop and without even looking she said it has to be factory reset just to pawn it. And it has no passcode. So was a little confused but it’s fine take my business elsewhere.

These guys have great and friendly customer service skills they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door by far the best place to get your scooter repaired around the Winston Salem, high points, Greensboro area very reasonable on their prices on top of great scooter service they're also a pawn shop. If any is looking for repairs or to purchase a scooter or a good pawn shop I recommend coming in and giving these guys a visit you want be disappointed

Never opens on time and when the lady finally does open she is rude and has an attitude.
