Despite the sign on the door showing ‘new hours’ beginning 6/27, there was no sign saying Monday 6/20 they were closed for a holiday. So I returned on Tuesday 6/21 before closing time…… only to stand in line with no tellers, but a lady walking in and out of the teller line from the back, not greeting me or saying anything. A banker was at his desk with clients. After 10 minutes of waiting for no reason, a different lady finally came out from the back to say they had no tellers today and haven’t had all day. When I asked why not? She just said ‘we don’t discuss staffing issues with clients’. And that’s fine, not my business, although my deposits help pay their salaries and there is no need in ANY service oriented business to be rude. Post a sign on your door then and greet your clients immediately so I don’t waste my time! Been a banker for over 30 years and never seen such unprofessionalism!

Went to withdraw money out of my account and they didn't have any tellers to assist. There was only 1 employee off to the side. Had to speak out in the line to find out that I was waiting for no reason! Then I was told that they didn't have any money in the drawer and that they could not assist me.

The worst banking experience I have ever experienced so far. For 2 days, I have been trying to make a wire for my business and I keep getting rejected because of thier lack of knowledge. This location has the worst staff out of all locations as they are uneducated in banking systems. I will close my account with boa for sure after this experience.

I came here with my mom and the staff at BofA is rude, unpleasant and un polite… they are SO concerned 😟 about telling you what they CANNOT do; they’re not focus on what is best, for the customer or customer service…the rudeness and disrespect is highly distasteful … this is the ALL time worse bank ever…

Angie turns away my employees from cashing their checks. She doesn't follow policy! I'll be closing all 3 my business accounts. Also she only give my black employees trouble the white ones cashed their checks same day no issue!

Awful experience. No one was available to help. I waited for over 30 minutes and was told someone would be able to procure ppwk necessary for me to open up an account for my nonprofit. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different branch. They didn't have any tellers available or competent people working there. Really disappointed. Most banks want your business. Not here.

Went to the forney location to open up a business account. I informed them it's a new business with no business credit. I asked about the business credit card. They said all the great things about it blah blah blah. What they failed to say is they want the business to have credit. I'm personally an 800 credit score with two paid off bank of amercia credit cards. Houses paid for, cars paid for. DTI, PTI excellent. My frustration is they pulled my credit and put an inquiry on my credit just to tell me that they can't approve my business credit card because the business is new. What a joke. They approved me opening a business checking account for me to put my money into but won't approve me to borrow money on a card when I already have two personal bank of america cards paid off. I won't be back except one more time to cancel my business checking account with bank of america.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this branch is rude and prejudice.. Soon as I arrived I wasn’t greeted, 2 minutes later, I was asked if I had a question. Asked for a notary And was asked if I had an appointment (which I’ve never been asked) then was told to hold on so he could see if his notary had an upcoming appointment, turns out she was with someone already and had another appointment at 3pm which was 18 mins away, then told I could set an appointment for another day this week like the bank doesn’t close at 4pm, ridiculous. After 10+ years with this bank this has been my only bad experience.
