City Bank E Us Hwy, Forney

I used to love this place so much and I want to still love it. But the overdraft fees are insane, I had requested 4 years back to turn my overdraft protection off because I didn’t want a million overdraft fees. Well in the past year or so I noticed it was added back on without my permission. Now I’m responsible for fees I didn’t approve. Lady I talked to was absolutely no help at all.

I recently changed all my banking to City Bank and I'm so happy I did! I'm not just a number anymore. I also want to give a huge shout out the Tim Snyder who I refinanced my mortgage with. He was AWESOME!!

I have Banked with City Bank since I was sixteen with my first job in fast food. I have long since moved on to other things but I trust no bank more with my account. These guys are some of the most professional and polite people I know. They even agreed to help me finance my second motorcycle at a fair rate of interest when all other lenders wanted to screw me. If you looking for a family vibe from your Bank you want City Bank.

I have been banking here for about 8 years now, I love this bank, they really care about their customers. They are very friendly and never have long lines. One day I was about to incur an overdraft. They gave me a call right away and asked if I would like to move some money around to avoid the charge. I almost fell out of my chair. Yes yes yes... Wow! That's what I call customer service. Also, they reimburse all ATM charges from other banks. They really bend over backwards to make sure you don't incur excessive charges, overdraft or otherwise. Can't say enough about this bank. I would't bank anywhere else.

Our loan team has been amazing!! Super quick and they keep you updated every step of the way! They definitely know how to keep the stress off of you! Kyndra and Janice are awesome!!

I cannot say enough great things about our City Bank Forney location. We have had our accounts there for many years and the whether you are there in person or on phone with them, they are all awesome. Thank you for making Banking the way it should be!!!

Worst Bank- We have been members for over 10 years. We have an unauthorized transaction on our account. They tell me I have to drive to the branch to sign a form. When I arrive at the branch I find out this could have been done through email. I was told the money would be returned that day by the branch manager and her assistant. Three days later and they still haven't done anything. Jennifer gave me her card to contact her with any questions but she has been in 'meetings' the last 2 days.

THE BEST BANK IN TOWN. If you're new to Forney or if you have lived in Forney for some time, check out this bank. The atmosphere is excellent, the drive thru is excellent...never a wait. Also their bank staff is absolutely excellent. Ashley, who helped us with our personal and Business checking accounts was the BEST professional banking person I've ever met. She was expedient on helping us with all our banking needs. She also set our 20 year old daughter up with her banking needs as well as her online banking app. Ashley treated us more like family coming in to do business than just another customer. Thank you Ashley and City Bank.
