HORRIBLE! Very rude customer service even from the “manager” i waited in line for her to tell me she couldn’t give me a temporary card because “she didn’t have time for me today” lol. you don’t say that to people she didn’t even offer to put me on the schedule the next day or next available. very unprofessional they really need new management.

Only giving a 1-star because I can’t give any less. Not this branch, but Bank of America has failed me on so many levels to the point that I think I’m developing depression. Too many things have happened that I don’t know where to start but fact remains, don’t pick this bank!

Please hire more staff this is so annoying we have other things we have to do in the day as well then to wait a hour just to see a banker. I feel like I’m at a dealership.

The people here are helpful, but Bank of America closed all of their drive-thru lanes at all facilities. I am handicapped, so that is a huge problem for me.

Horrible service. Stood in line for 20 minutes before anyone even made eye contact with me. 4 staff members stood around helping one person as the line grew behind me. Once it got to about 10 people deep on a Friday afternoon 10 minutes to close they dispersed and started helping the others in line. Once I was being helped it was quick and easy and I was out of there in 2 minutes. Not sure why it took 4 people to help one customer. They also never answer the phone.

The wait is unreal (standing in line with one teller) One person standing (worker) here with an iPad doing nothing. I feel bad for the teller working solo.

Worst banking experience. I had bonds to cash in at this branch which the did wrong, which became lost money for me. Anytime I have ever tried to reach them by phone nobody is there to pick up and their hours are not at all convenient at all. I would not recommend this branch or BoA to anyone.

Every time I walk in, there is always a line out the door with one teller working, and forget about seeing a personal banker without a appointment. Is Bank of America cutting staff?
