Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Sw Cedar Hills Blvd, Beaverton

I have called up customer care for original bank statement, they have advised me to walk to close by Bank of America. When I went to the Bank, Bank manager told me again call customer care and ask them to send the statement by mail. It's total waste of my time. There is no provision in this review for negative review, otherwise I would give them one

I'm disappointed with the bad customers service I received. The lady from bank of America hang up the phone twice and I called her back just to receive bad attitude. I have decided to remove my bank account because I can not tolerate this type of behavior towards a customer when I was trying to be help them.

If I could give this bank below one star I would. I am waiting to receive my debit card in the mail and whenever I go to this bank to make a withdrawal I have received the most IMPOLITE, UNPROFESSIONAL service. Not to mention the extremely long wait time, totaling out to 20 minutes of standing in a line of 3 people. Avoid this bank if you can.

Rude and snotty tellers. Asked a question and was met with an attitude, noticeable enough that a person standing in line asked her what her problem was. Thanks! I will not be back to this branch.

Not only did I not enjoy my experience at Bank of America. When I closed out my cards with them, apparently there was an additional $20 charge I didn't approve of after I closed it out that I wasn't aware of and they absolutely wrecked my credit over it rather than trying to talk to me about it. avoid this big faceless bank, they just treat you like a number

The staff at this branch of Bank of America always have their personal conversation going with themselves. And the lady that was helping me to deposit. She almost screwed me. But good thing I caught it before leaving the bank.im so disappointed and thinking of to change the bank. :(

Service is really good and staff is friendly. Drive through ATM is kind of tricky to access since you might hit your bumper to get exact right way of reaching the machine. They have disability parking.

One teller working for long queue. Good job! Couple of guys left after looking at the queue.

Been there multiple times and never had any odd experience definitely. There were pleasant, prompt and professional.
