    Awful customer service. No tellers. 3 people standing in lobby but not one of them could go behind the desk and make a deposit. but I was offered help with an ATM deposit!!!!! What is the difference? I was trying to make a business deposit. Apparently Bank of America does not care about their customers. Very rude people. Tried calling before I go to make deposit to see if tellers are available and no one even answers the phone.

    Was sent to this location from another Bank of America to cash a Bank of America check since this was the only location they had a teller. Upon arriving I was created at the door and was told they neither have tellers that can cash a check. I asked if they could call another branch to see which location they had a teller Manager (Lauren) was very rude and told me she was busy with other clients, I told Lauren I was a client too and she made it clear I was not a client since I didn’t have an account with their bank. I was getting the run around been to two banks of America and no one could help me cash a check also Made me feel like I wasn’t important. Never going to any Bank of America banks again. And will make sure to let all the Hispanic community know how I was treated since their majority clients are Hispanic.

    New district manager has them running with one teller. Great way to run a bank with a line out the door. Three people floating with tablets while the line continues to grow. Love spending 15-20 minutes to make a simple cash deposit.

    This Bank of America is the best. I had a fraudulent check come out of my account and I ran into some problems with overdraft fees and being able to close my account. I could not get any assistance from a different location and when I came here I didn't even have to ask. I sat down and they did everything without me saying what needed to be done. When the manager at the other location told me something was impossible, the manager at this location did it without me even knowing. I have closed all BoA accounts but if I ever go back to them then I will use this location only.

    This bank is basically just an ATM. No bank tellers at a bank lol might as well just close the building and leave the 24hr atm

    Rude cashier. And wrong. Went to ATM. Returned to let the manager know: wrong + rude. Rude manager. And wrong. Oh, and, disdainfully ignored complaint. What recourse then? Calling customer service & online reviews. Suboptimal, imo. Thanks for reminding me to switch banks.

    I’m giving them one star because I really like the employees. But there always closed, it’s to the point where I’m getting in trouble with my job bc I can’t even make my deposits for three or four days at a time. An then one of the employees was going to do the night drops my job is literally across the street I asked him if he could PLEASE take my deposits as a night drop an he was very rude an not helpful at all. But that’s where I have to remember not everyone is as nice as me.

    From the security guard to the Woman expediting the process, to Ever, one of the bankers, the staff at the Crestwood location went far out of their way to help us. They were swamped, but made time to help us with our mother's mortgage (she had recently passed), and answered all of our questions without rushing us. Excellent customer service.

    I went to this branch's drive-thru yesterday and spoke with Chris about an overdraft fee that I was charged. I withdrew money from the atm and was charged an overdraft fee because a deposited check had not cleared. Since the money was, in fact, in my account, Chris assured me the overdraft fee was reversed; that my balance would be positive after fee reversal processed. Today, I withdrew $40 only to find out said overdraft fee was never in the process of being reversed. Just sat in Richie's office for over an hour. He had to call two different 800 numbers and speak to his manager to communicate that they were unable to view the timestamp of the check deposit. His parting words of wisdom, you ask? I should go borrow money from someone to rectify my negative balance. Great life advice, buddy! Let me know where this friend that is handing out cash is located. This branch is an absolute joke! As everyone knows, Bank of America has been in trouble for some time now. Closing locations and branch drive-thrus, limiting hours, hiking fees. Bank of America, you lost a 13-year customer today. A word of advice: train your new hires thoroughly and be certain your new hires are competent. I would imagine reading a computer screen to know if an overdraft fee was in the process of being reversed is elementary. Good luck to you, Chris! I see great things in your future!
