Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) US, Cypress

Went to open an account. Amazing service. Bankers where very kind and helpful. ATM was quick and easy and bank was clean!

This bank needs to seriously hire better staff. The tellers are slow and there is only one always working the lines for commercial and customer even though there are several people standing around at a time. When you ask the manager to help you out he waves you off and says they have a schedule system in place. This bank sucks and it sucks. I started bringing my own cash for the registers at my store because I cant afford to wait 20 to 30 minutes in line getting change when I have a store I need to open. Get better management.

I can't really say anything bad about the people at this location because they were very helpful. I have a feeling someone was lying to me but for the most part they were helpful dealing with my situation. I do plan on closing my account with them after we are done paying for our wedding. My payroll department seems to always have a problem with the bank as a whole. Since I plan to retire from here I might as well get rid of the bank.

Standing here in a long line with only one teller open. I need to cash checks often. Bank of America is the only bank out of every bank I have been to in the entire city that always only has 1 teller and takes 45 minutes to cash a check. If you love waiting in lines, bank of America is the place to be....

Made an appointment online, days in advance. Walk in they say their backed up but that it shouldn’t be that long of a wait. I sit there for 25 minutes before a Teller comes to tell me they’ll help me shortly. I waited another 10 minutes and then left. I have no problem with waiting, but what’s the point in making an appointment if I’m going to wait 40 mins. Ridiculous. 😡

How can you be closed for months on end? How can you close all services local to 77433, in multiple store fronts including ATM's? This is unacceptable and there are plenty of other Banking facilities open in 77433, that would be more than happy to have our business. We cannot even get anyone on the phone, local or the main Bank of America Line. This is the worst customer service ever. We are living in one of the fastest growing areas in the State with a very robust economy and we can utilize the banking services. How does this makes sense.

It's ok to enter this bank with no mask, stand in line with no mask, interact with the staff with no mask, but they won't let you do a transaction without a mask. It's really that silly. They eventually let me proceed with my transaction once they realized I wouldn't give in and it would take longer to argue with me than to just process my transaction.

Poor customer service...one person on the counter why 3 members walked away.

They either need more staff or need to be more efficient. I came to do a money wire. They said we are busy - can you set up an appointment for an hour later and come back. So - I set up an appointment and came back an hour later - then had to wait another half an hour. Finally they take me in a room - and there was a cockroach. What is this place ? They waived the wiring fee : but I am going to go to the Hwy 6 location that I used to go in the past. This area is expanding - they need more staff.
