Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Nw Federal Hwy, Jensen Beach

First of all, this is not just this Branch of Bank of America. Almost every single Bank of America I go to I walk into a line that’s out the door and there’s always only ONE teller working. I waited almost an hour to cash a check. Absolutely ridiculous, get more tellers now I understand why this bank has mostly negative reviews. I will not be returning

Waiting to simply open a checking account while the bank manager Rebecca johnson hides and the one person taking sitdowns, brooke stetson the "relationship manager lending specialist" hide for 20 minutes before her last appointment of the day arrived without even looking at us or acknowledging our existents while casually hanging out at the bank for 3 hours like I'm here to watch netflix. The best part was Mark helping people as they walked in and told the bank manager Rebecca we have been waiting for over an hour and a half yet refuses to help us. But instead helps people at the teller line or someone with a fair major complaint but yet I have been at the bank for 3 hours with no acknowledgement from either managers. Only helpful person was mark. Hopefully he changes the branch he works at with this unprofessionally run bank.

If I could give the entire Bank Of America negative stars at this point, I would. They shut down drive thru completely and have limited tellers inside. Other branches are awful by design as well that is how i ended up here. Staff is trying but corporate is awful.

Absolutely terrible, long line due to no staff. One person at the teller line, no drive through and the manager is doing nothing to assist. Sea coast bank nor the other banks I have a account with has these concerns. It seems Bank of America puts customer service second to saving money in labor cost.

TERRIBLE. Once a month I drop off my rent check and always dread coming to this bank. Lines are always out the door.

Despite the mixed reviews, I generally have a good experience here. The staff are helpful and attentive. I don’t wait in line a long time. I usually go in the middle of the week in the early morning or afternoon. As a note, they can’t do anything if the ATMs outside mess up a transaction, so it would be good to use the one inside if you can since they can actually go into that one.

Terrible bank all together. They won’t let you cash a $200 check if the balance isn’t in that account even if you have been with them for years and just had over $1,000 in it the day before. Just had a bill come out the same day. Truly dumb and ridiculous especially since the bank puts your money in the market as soon as they get it. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I bank here once a week for work and it is absolutely horrendous. If there is more than one person ahead of you, you will be waiting at least 15 minutes. It takes another 10 minutes for someone to count out $100 worth of change. The managers DO NOT care how many people are waiting, they never help and they lock the doors early on Friday and try to make you come back another day. But the Stuart Branch is just as bad.

Convenient when you need to withdraw money. Never been inside. I always go through drive through to quickly get cash. Never crowed when I went on multiple occasions.

I have gone to this branch twice , Not a problem. I made appointment to discuss my business and personal accounts , I was greeted the moment i walked in . The appointment was on time, my problem was handled in a professional manor. I look at the ratings and wonder if any of the people that have given this branch less than four stars have a college education. Look at the wording. There is the answer you need to make a educated decision. to the team and staff at this branch , Thanks again and see you soon.
