People are nice. Leadership is a failure. 9 people waiting in line, one teller. Get an account at center state bank. They can afford more than 2 employees.

Very friendly... great customer service. Clean, fast paced, and professional. Fit me in for notary service.

I will say this. All of the employees I’ve come in contact with there are warm and friendly. It is not their fault this bank is so poorly staffed. Usually, there is only one bank teller working. That isn’t fair to the customers or the bank teller. That is so much pressure. I’ve waited in line for 45 minutes to drop off deposits from my job. I’ve listened to other customers be rude to the bank teller who works alone. Why do you subject your tellers to this?! Why do you subject your customers to this?! If this wasn’t my job’s bank, I’d never be there. My bank that I use personally is always staffed with 2-3 tellers. Also, it was a bit odd that you locked your doors today but you still had customers inside.

Driveway not open. ATM not working, had to go into lobby and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get cash. Only 2 tellers ( lunchtime) but the teller was very nice and friendly. Social distancing and masks practiced here.

I'm 38 years old. I run a multi million dollar company. My experience with Bank of America has been possibly the worst experience I've had with any company, financial or otherwise, ever.

Daniela and Lesley are great Hilda is great for loans and Jeremy the manager is even the best. I am thinking he is new to this branch making it better April 2022 update I love the manager and the crew at this branch. It is also clean and efficient. They are changing my opinion about BOA
Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer, Farad. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Short staffed and chaotic. Poorly managed with the branch manager having to handle everything running between bankers and behind the counter. Line incredibly backed up and apparently one banker went off to lunch and threw the office into chaos. Took an hour in and out to door to just close a checking and savings account. The procedure took less than 15 min but took 45 minutes of waiting. What a waste of time and representational of the bank.

Here I am leaving Bank of America on 43rd Street in Gainesville disappointed yet again! I had a feeling I would be disappointed this morning but I figured hey why not go ahead and give them a chance and see what happens. I needed to get a document notarized. I did not expect that I would need this done since my daughter surprised me with the information this morning stating that she needed it done by the end of the day for school. So, since Bank of America States they do free notary for their members I went on down to my local Bank of America to see if I can get it done so I can meet the deadline that my daughter gave me this morning. However, when I arrived they asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no. That's of course when their look and mood changed completely. The lady told me that their only notary left about a month and a half ago and they would not be getting another notary for a month to maybe possibly 2 months. If I didn't have all of my kids savings accounts here, my personal accounts here and also my business accounts here I would completely move to a different bank. If you can do the service online or set up an appointment they do not want to offer good customer service to complete tasks in house. Every time I go there to have something done and I don't have an appointment they try to educate me on how I can get things done online and not come into the Bank to get what I need complete. Then they tell me that it's going to be quite a while until I'm seen because everyone is tied up at the moment. What's funny though is when I walk in there are always employees standing around together talking and laughing about stuff and then when a customer comes in they all scramble and the greeter comes out and gives you bad news stating that everyone is busy. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!!!

I went to this bank for notarization & the only notary was busy. She was literally the only busy person inside the building. Every other employee was standing around. The female at the counter was not helpful but she was very nice. The attempt to accommodate the minimal time I had available to have this done was made with little enthusiasm or interest. Sure, I could have made a prior appointment and avoided this. Also, this BoA location could have more than one single notary working at one time. Maybe all the free time the employees have could be dedicated to becoming a notary for busy people walking in requesting notary services. I understand that it’s a free service, guys, but whoever manages this location might want to consider how much more helpful and efficient their location could be.
