Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach

Went to this bank on 8/10/21for a medallion signature on a stock power form to transfer assets to a special needs trust. The " Financial Solutions Advisor" told me it would take a few days. They had my phone number and e mail. Went back to the bank 8/24/21 , after no one from the bank communicated with me, to get some answers. To find out on 8/24/21 that the medallion request was denied on 8/11/21 the day after the request was made. No one called me or E mailed me and I WAITED AND WAITED FOR THIS IMPORTANT DOCUMENT. When I went to the bank on 8/24/21 Brian did not want to speak to us and passed us off to a clerk that knew nothing about this. Viktoriya Frye the"solutions advisor" was not there.She had a responsibility to call us on 8/11/21 after the cancellation but did not. She was interested in telling us about MERRILL INVESTMENTS. Never would I invest after this service. today 8/24/21 I did receive an e mail after I RETURNED FROM THE BANK. This is a poorly run bank. I will leave it ASAP.. This is not my first disappointment at this bank...

When to cash a check that was drawn on their bank . went to.the drive up . it was closed. And found out its closed for ever. Then went inside and was told a $8.00 would be charged to cash a $20.00 check that was drawn on bank of America check. I walked out and told a bank employee that this is why I don't bank here. They had one teller working the counter. . so to recap . the drive up is closed permanently. Only one teller working the counter inside. And they were going to charge me a $8.00 fee to cash a $20.00 check from their bank. I went to.wells Fargo and cashed it and got to.keep the full amount . thanks for nothing.

Easy to complete most transactions via the ATM.

Jazmine Rodriguez was very detailed in which the way she gave me information of applications I applied for and has gave me a great and professional experience from this bank . I have used wells fargo and they are okay. But bank of america gives more options and opportunities. I will be reccomending this bank to friends and family.

What happened to the normal hours? They close at 4 pm??? How is someone who works all day, supposed to do their banking services? I have to go inside to cash my paycheck, so for them to close at 4 pm makes it very difficult for me, and I'm sure many others, to do the things we need to do.

I am really surprised at the 27 bad reviews... I have always been treated right at this bank. Everybody is very professional and nice. I love this bank and branch.

I'm not gonna write the whole story. You can view it on YouTube-Bank of America-horrible. In a nutshell this BOA is horrible. Bad customer service from the manager. I lost or had my wallet stolen and had no ID. The DMV told me I had to pay 25 dollars. I went to BOA. The manager said the only way to withdraw funds was with a photo ID. I found out that's a lie after I traveled to Kissimmee to retrieve the necessary money for an ID. I will be leaving BOA. As a veteran I need a more trustworthy bank.

one star only because you had to pick something. I wouldn't give them any of that was a choice and write a review. Closed all week. Ridiculous. I get we had a hurricane but ALL the other banks are open. How are people suppose to cash their checks? Not one bank of America open on the state of Florida. What are we suppose to do?

my dad recently became concerned about a possible hack on his account. he went to this location to seek some help or in site and the teller handed him an 800 number to call. why have anyone working when they don't do anything to help you. rather then checking and easing a mans mind about his account at YOUR bank you blow him off? you may have lost a customer.

If you are a small business owner avoid this bank. I had a CD that expired on Saturday, December 19, 2020. BOA was open 21-23 and then closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Then on the fifth business day they were open, December 29, I redeemed the CD. BOA charged a fee saying the time period to redeem the CD had expired. Just a kick in the teeth to a small business owner.
