Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) FL, Wesley Chapel

I am a multi- decade patron of B of A. I walked into Hwy 54 Wesley Chapel branch w/out an appt. to get a document notarized. I was informed that their notary was out sick that day, so I requested if she could call the B of A branch 3 miles from their location to see if they had a notary....I was ignored and then she started dealing with another client. I thought it was quite rude. Consequently I drove the 3 miles to another branch and I was pleasantly taken care of in less than a half hour.

DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 15 years with this bank. Last year, they attempted to fraudulently let UHAUL steal $120.00 out of my account. When they declined my reported charge back, I threatened to close the account and take my $30,000 somewhere else. They immediately recanted and gave me my money back. Fast forward to early this week. Someone hacked into my account from a gas skimmer apparently, and used my card at Disney/Universal Studios for $600. I filed a fraud claim a few months ago and without a letter or cause, they withdrew the money out of my account and now refuse to help me. I closed the account and have since began banking with Mid Florida. I will spread this word to every customer, Facebook friend and acquaintance that Bank of America is almost as worse as Wells Fargo when it comes to fraud. They stole my money twice and don't care. They lost a long time customer.

I attempted to deposit money into an atm and the machine took my money and did not register it into my account. 12 days later and I am still without my money. I have called the help hotline multiple times and went inside the bank location for assistance and they keep telling me they are looking into it. How is it possible that no actions have been taken yet? I am so pissed. My hard earned money has vanished into thin air and no one seems to know where it went. I am switching banks and will do my best to persuade anyone against banking with these people. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jay at this location was great! This is the first time that I was EVER in & out. Great service was provided today & I really appreciate that. All staff should see him as a model employee. Thank you.

OMG, how is this place still in business! Banks too big to fail, huh? This bank going out of business will be the best day, ever! Soooo looking fwd to that!

Lines inside are always long! I don't understand why there is only one teller even on busy days! I see other staff on the bank doing nothing, so why can't the jump behind a teller window to help when it's busy?

Bad customer service ever!!!! My husband has gone this branch twice and their staff treat it without manners at all. He requested a cashier check and charged him $20 for it, he explained he is being a customer over 5 years and never paid a cashier check, requested to speak to a manager and didn’t hear him. Completely ignored! Please avoid this branch if you don’t want to have a bad experience

Anytime I have to go inside this bank I have to deal with employees who must really dislike their jobs because they are the most miserable and rudest people to deal with, especially Kelly! 2nd time they've said 40 minutes for a notary?!?! I'd go to another branch or find another bank!

Bank of America is trash , worst bank I have ever had to deal with and I strongly recommend changing banks to anyone that has the opportunity to do so. I’m gone the first chance I get. I wish I could give less than 1 star

I just opened a checking account with this branch, and was greeted at the door by friendly staff. They were able to handle the set up and explain options well.
