Karrie and Jenna truly are the sweetest people. They really comforted me when having to sell something that was very near and dear to my heart. They helped me with any questions I had and really made me feel taken care of. I will absolutely be coming back! That being said, while I only dealt with the two ladies everyone in the store is so personable and makes the experience seem less heavy and kind of fun. I thank them so much for making such a hard time in my life a lot easier, I can breathe a little better now. :)

Went in hear and thought it was an average pawn shop looking to score a extra few bucks but was treated very well. And actually started to shop around. Got exactly what I wanted and will return the lady shay helped me out and was very kind. Will be back hear great pawn shop and customer service.

This particular location has always been very fair and helpful when i was in a financial difficult time. Jenna was super nice and was proficient. I was in and out in no time. I definitely recommend you come see them if you need to purchase or sell!!

Some pawn shops make you feel... well like you don't really want to be there. Not so @ Zephyrhills Pawn Max, the building is clean and uncluttered while having a surprising amount of stock; this place is much bigger on the inside than you might think. The main draw is the customer service though: Jenna was super patient with me even after I wasted about half an hour of her time, but was super gracious and made it super simple to come over back later and take care of business fast. Go Jenna! And thanks to all the other Pawn Max employees for being super friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely visit again, and soon.

I’m was never much of a pawn shop person before- but looked around in here during my breaks at work and found some really great deals on things around the house. The staff has always been so helpful and nice. Courtney & Louie were always cool and today Jenna hooked us up with a good deal on a portable AC unit we will be using for our barn. Plus, even though it was really busy, she was super helpful showing us how to use. It’s definitely worth it to stop in and shop.

Morgan helped me with selling several knives my dad left to me after his passing. I’ve held on to them since 2009 and due to many moves I had to finally consolidate my valuables. Morgan was beyond sweet and patient throughout the selling process. Especially since it was busy when I came in. She made the selling process easy as I have never sold anything at a pawn shop before. I've been to pawn max in Zephyrhills several times. There's an obvious reason I've been several times. Pawn max is willing to give you more $$$ on collateral loans than any other pawnshop in the state of Florida. I've dealt with Mr. Matt who is hands down the right man for the job. Very polite, respectful, helpful, and the fastest intake pawn broker I've dealt with this far. I was in an out as a very pleased customer within 10 minutes. Overall great experience yet again. 10/10🌟 for pawn max and 10/10🌟 for Staff member Matt.

Robert was the rudest staff member I have ever come in contact with at Pawn Max. He took over 30 minutes to give me a price on 2 items that I wanted to sell. While helping me he chatted with other staff members about what foods they were going to eat. I have done a lot of business there and never have I been so put off by anyone. It was as if I was a huge waste of HIS time. Every other time that I have done business there, I have been waited on with the up most respect and have been a priority to them. Robert needs to learn what customer service is really about and wait on customers with enthusiasm not utter disgust!
