    Every time I come to this pathetic bank I’m in line for very long periods of time because they always have only one teller working and many many people in the line. Everyone in the line is always complaining that they continue to not have any help. You are waiting an hour or more at this bank. This is ridiculous. Hire more help instead of having people wait long long periods of time. This has been an issue with this bank for a very long time. Not to mention they are no help with home loans etc. I have switched to Navy Federal and couldn’t be happier. People please take your money and go somewhere else!

    No matter which location you go to, there is never enough tellers working. Usually one at the window with a long line. There is always a banker standing there asking to help or check people in but never helps at the main teller window

    This absolutely a joke, they have one person working at the window there ATM is a hit or miss on if it will work. There bank hours are not as there posted online. I literally have to plan waiting at this bank for an hour or more just to get anything done. If they don’t fix these issues soon I am taking my money to another bank.

    Terrible customer service long line unhappy customers.. one teller and super rude staff completely unprofessional. I never do reviews but the people working here are so rude...need to rehire the whole crew at this location. If I could give zero stars I would!

    Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare. I don’t want to drive clear across town from my house. What happened to just going to the bank and getting a small task handled without it being a federal ordeal.

    My 5 stars is strictly based on my experience with Bank Relations Manager Lance Hobbs. I closed an account with them and he was very understanding,personable, and professional. It’s a shame that the bank does not allow the bankers to make decisions based on the actual customer situation anymore. As far as Bank Of America as a whole I DO NOT suggest working with them when it comes to any financing or anything other than simple banking. They are too big and your just a number. Want to say again though that Lance Hobbs was the absolute best bank employee I’ve ever talked to.

    I walked in today to open a business account. First I waited for 10-15min someone to come to the front desk, I was told to sit and wait for a banker. I end up waiting for more then 30min and on the end Emily, the lady from front desk, came to me and told me that I have to come back tomorrow. I will never come back to Bank of America.

    After waiting for almost an hour, I was refused service (new business account opening) as they said they are too busy and they don’t have any staff. I guess they don’t need my business. Went to Chase across the street and was served immediately. Bye BofA.
