Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Black Lake Blvd, Olympia

I found a bank card the lady I got the line was so rude and I got nothing but a cut it up and hung up I tried looking said person up on FB and insta but nothing blast I tried right and so grateful for WSECU If you are no longer liking bank of America for any reason I've been with wsecu 25 plus years love them never an issues not one

I have been with BOA for more than 35 years. Went to two other banks and happily came back to BOA. Have had a many as five accounts at one time because of businesses and have always been well taken care of. I will always do my banking where I feel the trust.

I've been a customer here for 20+ years and never had a rude encounter. Everyone is at least helpful and usually bend over backwards to make my needs. Good live and phone customer service.

Went in to open an account was helped by the very lovely Tammy Haifley. Her service was superb. I would highly recommend this branch. Top notch. 10 stars. 20 stars.

Hi can I exchange American coin into crash at the bank? And how can I ask to exchange my coin. I don’t have a lot coin but it’s so heavy to carry them

The absolute worst bank EVER. Let our account get hacked for hundreds of thousands of dollars, constantly charged twice anywhere we go, constant overdraft fees for just a few pennies, account will be placed on hold after verifying payments multiple times and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No wonder they had to be bailed out by the government. They absolutely SUCK in so many ways. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE. You will regret it once they start stealing your $ and giving the stupidest reasons for doing so.

Very unfair staff. They pick the people who they want to serve first. I am a merchant and I had to wait in the line while other merchant came and teller told her that she can get behind on merchant line which was empty. We were both ready at the same time and he still told me to wait for the other person who just stepped in. The bank manager doesn’t seem to care either. I have had multiple scenarios in this branch and Lacey Branch people are Always nice. I wish Black Lake Hill branch was not close to me, unfortunately it is.

I had to do a wire transfer there. I didn't make an appointment and they accommodated me right away. When I got back to my office I noticed I needed to wire more than I had told the banker. Louise was such a sweetheart and helped me find a solution to my issue.

Went in today to open up an account and immediately received attitude from the teller. The girls stand around do nothing and give nothing but smirky faces. Worst place ever, Do not go to them. Trust me.
