Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Davis Blvd, North Richland Hills

Judy is in the wrong business she has the worst people skills. She will hardly make eye contact you and she acted like I was bothering her. This kind of interaction is why people hate big banks. Judy needs to retire and leave her poor attitude at home.

I've banked at this location for many, many years. I was in today to help my daughter set up her checking account. The staff was very nice, and the wait was short. Paige helped me a few months ago with my son's account, and she was the representative we spoke to today. She was very cheerful and made this a very positive experience for my daughter. I've never had any issues at this branch.

It is 11:54 am on a Saturday morning. There are 13 people in line and only 2 cashiers. They clised the drive thru windos which forces you to cone into the buolding. Very poor decision on their part. They lack customer service. Plus a $15 fee for a cashier's check. I am switching banks

This location is by far the worst. Especially, JUDY. She is straight-up racist. She acts ridiculously unfriendly and extra rude to the minorities. I’ve witnessed Judy doing that several times. Embarrassing to witness such shameful service at Bank of America.

Online banking is easy, the Saturday day hours here are decent for when you do need to visit in person

Walked in the Branch today and immediately Judy yelled from behind the counter to get on the red square and wait in line. Felt like a prison lineup. Nathan the manager quickly stepped up and saved the day. Time for Judy to retire or go work at Walmart.

The bank inside is always shorthanded they usually just have 2 attendance to help you with a long line. The drive-through definitely needs to be re-opened it is so inconvenient not having a drive-through there is one ATM machine under the drive-through and one by the door of the bank. Usually cars are backed up to get to the one ATM machine they need to get another machine and get the drive-through back open or they will lose many customers I have been a customer with them since 1993. And the bank has really gone down in the past few years.

A very rude and impatient old lady name Judy is extremely racist. The way she treat us it’s way different then other people, just be cause we are not white. At first we thought she was just had a really bad day, but after a while we really realized every time we go there she treats us like we owe her something. But with other people right behind us she acts really friendly. other people she will ask how was their day to us she be like what do you want. We are really educated and polite to people even we don’t speak English as well as she is because English isn’t our first language but doesn’t give her the right to be impolite to us. When we come over next time we will see someone else not her because we dislike Judy extremely. Other people are way nicer than her.

Can’t believe they now close at 4:00 pm on Friday. Pathetic!! Guess they don’t care about customer service/convenience anymore. Drive thru no longer open either at this branch.

The people here are normally rude. The hours here are awful. It's so inconvenient and is near impossible to do business here. I'm going to switch banks. Worst service ever!
