    It's hard to describe just how terrible my customer service experiences have repeatedly been at various Bank of America locations. The Mall of Georgia location is unfortunately no exception. There were at least six employees at this branch on Tuesday, 02/1/2022, but only that was assisting with customers? Even the rare positive ratings of this branch begin with negative remarks. Closing early to convenience staff? Waiting for 45 minutes to be helped, but the employee was nice???? Please don't make excuses for horrible service people. There are plenty of banks that value their customers! Bank of America is certainly not America's bank. Now if anyone reading this would kindly provide me a drumroll until the non-related, computer generated response replies.

    Horrible horrible horrible... And to make it worse the team or management do not make any adjustments. If you plan on going to this branch bring your beach chair and some snacks because you will be waiting for a long time to be served by only one teller while 3 or 4 employees walk around with tablets asking you to be patient. It doesn't make sense, every time I come to this bank it's the same situation.. Long lines with business clients taking longer than usual compared to other customers. And to make matters worse reading some reviews here I see the management just saying sorry just go to Twitter or Facebook.. How does that help??? ..Do better BofA management fix this..

    This location is so annoying & inconvenient. They have one walk up atm and two drive up atm’s and every other day they’re broken! I deposit cash daily and literally have to drive out of my way to another location just for this service because the atm’s always say they can not take deposits. I instantly know as soon as I see the white repair van parked next to one, to just move on to the next location. I don’t know what the issues are and I don’t care, it’s ridiculous.

    Always available and clean. The area is free of debris and the large trash 🗑 is never overflowing with garbage which brings bees and other flying insects. I highly recommend this ATM and Bank of America.

    I would give this bank negative stars! Absolutely ridiculous waiting time and the attitude of the reps are completely ignorant! I waited 50 minutes just to reach a teller to cash a check and then I was directed to customer service and then I was put back into line!! My total visit was 1.5 hours just to cash a check drawn at their bank. Do not recommend at all. They treat people as if it's a privilege they allow customers to come in and use their services. Where is management? So many bad reviews yet complete failure to implement better customer service.

    This bank have no people ... wait wait.. it have people ( 8 ) but NO ONE IS TRAING TO BE A TELLER... ATM ARE DOWN AND EVERY ONE IS SITING.. is JUST ONE TELLER.. WE WAIT FOR ALMOS 1h TO DO A SIMPLE DEPOSIT... BANK OF AMERICA... PLEASE TRAING U PEPOPLE. In case u need more tellers when u ATMs ARE DOWN...

    I noticed all the negative reviews when I looked up this location for their hours before heading there. The website said 5pm so I rushed there. I got there at 4:45 and the door was locked! Even though the web site said 5pm the door said 4pm. I returned to my car to contribute my own negative review when I saw a customer leave and saw my chance to grab the door. Once in, I told the greeter that I needed to make a deposit. She allowed me to get in line. Even though there were 4 people in front of me and only one teller working, I only waited 10 minutes before being helped. I've been banking with BOA since it was Nations Bank back in 93. I have had my share of negative experiences but over all the people have always been courteous and helpful. Most of the negatives are because of policies and procedures that most, if not all the megabanks operate by.

    I wish I had more positive things to share. I made an appointment for 9am to change the name on my account. We didn’t get called until 9:15. We were then with a female individual who told me that if I wanted the “tap” card I’d have to get a completely new card with a new number. I declined that because I don’t want to change the numbers everywhere and decided to stay with the “tap”-less card. Update: I received a tap-card with the same number. She overly pushed the savings account and credit card to me and made it seem like it was necessary to select either of those. I declined. A day later I noticed my account balance was on hold. I called the hotline to be informed I was marked as DECEASED. After many dropped calls and a long time on the phone to find someone that could fix this for me over the phone without me having to return to the location, the action was undone. I received a letter apologizing for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, not a great experience and added hassle that could have been avoided.

    Called 800# to se if I could get some documents mailed to me and was told I had to go into a branch. So I went into BofA Mall of Ga to get statement print outs for 3 months (2017) on a closed account. Was told to call and make an appointment after waiting 30min without anyone approaching me. The only reason I got this far is because I got up, got back in line with the greeter and told her again what I needed. So glad I canceled and went to a credit union. Better rates, customer service, experience, etc.

    I have to come to this location often to do business banking. I dread it every time! It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is there’s always a minimum of a 30 minute wait. I’ve waited as long as 1.5 hours to make a simple deposit because there’s only 1 teller ( not their fault and I actually feel sorry for them) . While waiting in line there are usually 2 managers asking people when they come in what their needs are and if a simple deposit check cashing procedure, they say they’ll help them…But they have to take this to the teller to process the transaction which makes everyone waiting in line to have to wait longer!! Geez Managers get behind the counter and open up another Teller window!! I’ve also hear the customer complaints about wait time expressed to the Manager’s, their response is, “ Bank of America is investing in technology not their staffing, this is the way of the future” ( terrible!!) It’s pretty obvious that they don’t care about people (their own employees and customers) or how long they wait, it’s just about the money. Bank of America customer service is important, if you don’t take care of them you’ll lose them. I will be closing my account. I prefer to see happy employees and to get good service where I keep my money.

    After 45 minutes waiting in line, that was confusing to figure out to begin with throughout to begin with, I get to the counter and told that I'm not even allowed to cash my check Because it doesn't come from Bank of America. I wish the lady who is supposed to greet you would have said something about that before I waited in line for 45 minutes! This is just reason number 483 why I need to close this bank account and move on to a bank that won't charge me a fee if I don't have the amount of money they think I should have in my bank account, and will let me cash my paycheck So that I can actually pay my bills.
