    If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE and the staff members are inadequate and have no clue what they are doing. Went to retrieve funds from a debit card before the account was closed. Called corporate ahead of time to confirm any documents that would be needed to retrieve funds, which was the debit card and ID. These were provided, but they refused to give us our remaining funds. They said we needed a credit card. What? Why would we need a credit card to retrieve our money on a debit card? We called corporate again (we talked to like 5) and each representative explained that wasn't needed and were confused why they were asking for a credit card. Eventually the representative said they were just going to report that location. Crazy. Never had such a hard time. Makes absolutely no sense.

    Absolutely the Worse Customer Service I have ever experienced. I came to deposit $100.00 into a friend's account. They said I needed an ID (which I did not have on me as I did not need cash back nor details of a balance). I ran out to get my ID it took all of 40 seconds (I was in space Right Out Side The Door!) She (Vernique) took another customer!! So I went to the next teller (Kiera). She tells me, "oh, you can wait for her to print it." I said "No, she did not process it, can you just get it and process my deposit." Ms. Veronique, looked up and gave me the look as if to say, she can wait! Ms. Kiera, did not get out of her seat to get my cash deposit and process it. After 3 minutes of looking at Veronique, waiting on her to hand her my transaction, I said to Kiera, "can you please go get my cash?" Then Veronique handed her my transaction without even looking up!! Unacceptable! Thus is not my bank and I would never move my business nor personal accounts to this RUDE BANK! I was not surprised to see the low rating. Well deserved.

    I will give it two stars because the customer service experience was TERRIBLE! There's an African lady working there whose name I don't remember but she made it so difficult for me to do a name change in my own account, even when I showed her my new social security card and license. That wasn't enough for her, she wanted more documents with my old name when I told her I don't have anything with my old name anymore. I think staff members need to know the word "RESOURCEFUL" and do the best they can with they're customers because at the end people are paying for a service.

    Very slow service. Showed up at opening and still waited more than 10 min to speak with someone. Then the transaction took another 20 min. Other branches took half the time and no wait. Oh, and the Rep got up and talked to another employee about some unrelated email during my transaction.

    I have called this branch 5 times within an hour, during regular business hours, and no one answers the phone! What is that about?! Very poor service! Answer your phone!!

    Terrible location! Staff is very dry with no personality. Not a nice greeting was given whatsoever. I just joined this bank on Saturday and I’m waiting for my debit card to come in the mail. They won’t give temporary cards like a normal bank until your real card come thru the mail. So I went to this random location to ask a general question with a banker and to withdraw money. I sat 15 minutes while the banker was just joking around with her co-worker in her office. I noticed another person came in after me. And she acknowledged him and said she’ll be with him shortly. Meanwhile I’ve been sitting for 15 minutes already waiting to even be acknowledged. He then gets up to to go to a teller. The banker is finished with her personal convo and goes to greet him in a nice manner to assist. So I say to her I was here first. She acted like she really didn’t care. Which instantly upsets me. She was so desperate to help this customer, that she didn’t even care for me. She saw my expression and then acted interested to help me. I get offended and refused to meet with her. I kept my question to myself and just stood in the teller line to withdraw some money. Again with no debit card. Still waiting for it, while I have important things to do with my money. She didn’t even care to apologize or explain herself to me as I was leaving. Will never come to this location or even recommend to anyone.

    Went in on a Friday which is the busiest day of the week. With only 2 tellers there to service the customers, which were moving extremely slow and engaging in conversation with a line of people waiting. When ask one of the ladies that was walking around "are these the only two people that can service the customers" she rudely replied YES! Something needs to be done about the service we are receiving from this branch.

    Mrs. Veronique is the worst at customer service that I have ever seen. She was rude and nasty. Was trying to get help from her proir to people coming in and she refused to help me until she finished with a customer. Then would not call the person who wrote the check to verify. I'm calling corporate.

    This particular branch has terrible customer service they need to fired them all and start over... terrible customer service!!!! Only gave 1 star because you can’t give a 0... I hate this branch
