TD Bank Collington Rd, Bowie

Told me false info that because my number wasn’t verified they cant give me my new card but also already asked for my id and social security and had a correct phone number for me. Then when i asked how to verify the number even tho that didn’t make sense, they shrugged they shoulder “idk” like how do you not know and that’s what people get sent in for sometimes is to update there phone numbers. Had to call the 24/7 number and they said none of that made sense. The people in here have no idea what they are doing.and i havnt been able to access any of my money for a week now because they told me false info and wouldn’t give me my card

(🌟 for previous employees) some of the tellers at this location move extremely slow. they act as if they could care less if they are there or not. the manager at this location is very kind, but he really needs to enforce some of the tellers to be more present and positive, far as their attitudes. the location is very clean. (🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 FOR THE NEW EMPLOYEES) THIS BANK IS DOING SO MUCH BETTER. ONE TELLER BY THE NAME OF JESSICA (IN THE DRIVE-THRU) IS AMAZING! PLEASANT AND MOVES QUICKLY WITH 100% ACCURATECY! THERE IS A GENTLEMAN THAT WORKS IN THE DRIVE-THRU AS WELL AND HE IS POLITE AND ALWAYS ON POINT WITH THE NUMBERS. I THANK THE MANAGER FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE BETTER. HE HAS MADE A GREAT CALL IN THE NEW HIRES! THE MANAGER (HE) HAS A VERY SWEET DISPOSITION AND ALWAYS SMILES. THANK YOU!!!

Very kind and patient staff. People get upset when they are the 2nd or 3rd person waiting in line when they haven't been there for greater than 5 minutes. I happened to witness this on several occasions. People will go to the teller to get $20 when there is 2 working ATM machines available. The drive through ATM is sometimes down but get up and running as soon as the staff notices. Finances is a very delicate process, and if I am taking my time with my personal finances it is because I should. There is so much banking fraud these days that if anythings gets overlooked on our personal account, we will be hysterical about it and everyone should have the same understanding.

Stood in line for exactly 14 minute to be serviced. By the way, I was the first person in line and the person who came 6 minutes after in the drive thru got serviced before me. Most of the staff is friendly. And they are always out of something. Today it was pennies. How does a bank run out of money. Totally unacceptable.....

Worst customer service. The Bank Manager interrupted, yelled, and was sarcastic towards me. In addition, he had a smile on his face with his hands in his pocket! The bank removed money from my account depleting it. I filed a claim and they admitted responsibility. However, after getting the run around, I went into this location and they refused to remove the overdraft fee. Nobody even had the decency to apologize. I still have not had a resolution.

I'm a TD customer from Canada and now here in the states. The service in the Bowie location is very unprofessional and the employees does not have a clue what they are doing. They need basic computer knowledge to begin with and a decent training which they lack very much. Grocery stores cashier's can do a better job than these folks at this location. Go to Annapolis location for better and reliable service.

I just want to say thank you to Carlisa she is amazing so professional, I had a problem with a check , and she took an extra step to make sure I have my found available, she is a life saver, thank so much Carlisa you are the best !!

This bank makes you feel like a criminal each time you visit to take out more than what the ATM disburse. I recently moved here from Alexandria, VA....the first time I wanted to withdraw $5k...the teller was making small talk with me for almost 30 minutes while she reviewed my account in depth...fast foward, I needed to make a wire to my mortgage company...the manager asked me for my social security card....as if my ID and debit card wasn't sufficient. I provided my SSN card when I first opened my accounts, why would I need it again. She kept making smart comments and then went the "high road" after making feel like I did something wrong by saying "its her job to ask these questions." I will never come to this bank again. I deposit a lot of money into my account each year and its not valued at TD Bank in Bowie MD. I will drive to Alexandria to make my transactions....

Officer, Assistant Manager Nikki P is superb! She took care of my needs quickly and delivered excellent service! Bank manager is awesome as well. I always have a positive experience at this location.

Terrible customer service. Bank representative talked to this lady for an hour about unauthorized charges. Keep in mind another rep sat at a desk with ear buds doing nothing. The two tellers helped customers. Overall, poor service.
