Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Cedar Ave, Fresno

The tellers & bankers are always very helpful! I’ve never had to wait very long even when the place is full of customers. The drive thru ATM is super convenient.

I see hear some people complain about BoA. Not me! They have always assisted me, the best they could. And most importantly, they have protected my bank checking account from a fraud person and have also protected my credit card every time someone has scammed my account. They contact me and let me know it has happened and they protect me! Thank you BoA!

Horrible customer service from Jessica twice since I have opened up my account which has been less than a month now. This Jessica person acts like she has a serious problem or is just awful at working with people. Blonde older lady that works there talks to people in a very condescending way "informing" people that what they are coming in for they can do online because they're upset they have to help customers before 2pm on a saturday . I've banked with wells fargo prior and have never dealt with such horrible customer service. On top of that I have been a manager myself and customer service is the number 1 reflection of your business and I can't believe such an accredited bank would hire and keep people like this. I will say the African American girl that works as a teller there is beyond sweet and has GREAT customer service. I've seen this Jessica girl ask her for something in front of customer s so rude the last time I was in which was another turn off. This is the first bad review I have ever took the time to give because my experience was so bad. Please do something about your staff here.

Great customer service. Experienced no attitude. In response to another review; where are they going to get trustworthy and responsible tellers. End of the month? All banks are having an influx of customer transactions. Yet no adverse attitude.

Only 1 teller assisting a long line. Bank needs to hire more tellers. Wasted 1 hour in line. Very disappointing.

I recently had a bad experience at this location and I am currently deciding who to bank because I am so over Bank of America. I went into this branch hoping to see one of their “specialist”. I didn’t have an appointment so I was told O had to wait 10 minutes for someone to be available. After over 30 minutes of me waiting, a man who introduced himself as the manager, told me that unfortunately they were unable to see me. So ridiculous that they made me waste 30 minutes of my time only for them to decide to not have time.

Waited over an hour outside in line to enter the bank. The line wrapped around the building and was obstructing the drive thru ATM machines. When i finally got to the window and saw inside the bank, there is only 1 bank teller working. Is the manager crazy? Only staffing 1 employee to work on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm. The location is not protecring anybody by having them wait outside for over an hour in the drive thru lane where cars are still coming through. Absolutely ridiculous.

They never pick up the phone! Scheduling an appointment you must go to their website. Long lines, most of the time only one teller is at the window.

1 teller for 15 people in line. 3 other employees sitting behind their desking or asking the line how they are doing. Makes no sense. Horrible management and no regard for customers time.

Anytime I come here I receive fast and friendly service. The facility is very clean and comfortable. If you come here on Friday or Saturday expect for wait.
