Love this location, I was in and out within a few minutes. Staff and branch manager were friendly and professional. Other branches have longer wait time. This has become my new branch location!

    Response from the owner

Hello. Thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^jazmin

Bank of America is Horrible. There are no branches open late on Friday. And very very few open on Saturdays. The result is bad and really, really slow service. Even to just cash a pay check. Pathetic! Plot twist: they try and use Covid as an excuse. Meanwhile every other bank is in full operation now.

    Response from the owner

Hi Frank. Thanks for the feedback. We offer convenient alternatives for some transactions available at the financial center. Please let us know if you have questions about handling these items through Mobile Banking, ATM, or ATM with Teller assist. If you don’t have our mobile banking app, here’s how you can sign up: https://www.bankofamerica.com/online-banking/mobile-and-online-banking-features/overview/ ^tasha

I'm not exactly sure why B of A has gone back to old time bankers hours. But they have made it impossible for me to do business with them. They are no longer open on Saturday nor late on Friday. I might has well move everything online to Sallie Mae and get better rates and service.

    Response from the owner

Hi, Leslie. We apologize for any inconvenience. Some locations may either be temporarily closed or operating at limited hours. Here is a link that can help you quickly find your nearest locations and hours: https://locators.bankofamerica.com/. ATMs in most financial centers are available 24/7. The slowest branch I have ever been, I came earlier today without an appointment after 35 min of waiting I decided to set up an appointment through the app for later the same day. My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 pm it is almost 5:30 and I am still waiting. No respect for customers’ time.

I went into the bank at 10 AM in the morning on a weekday. I waited 40 minutes to pull out some cash. No one in front of me. One teller. Terrible customer service. Lots of other people working in the bank and not one comes over to help.

    Response from the owner

Hello Russell. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. ^nicole

Joined teller’s line at 3pm when there were 3 people ahead of me and I’m still waiting at 3:30. I’m observing the only teller at the front helping the teller in the drive through. This is how it is everytime I come here. Even if the bank prefers that people do not visit the branch, it still shouldn’t operate short staffed.

Horrible location. Went to deposit some cash and teller told me to go outside to the ATM? Seriously? The ATM never takes the whole stack at once... do your job and cut the attitude. Switch to Wells Fargo they never give you any trouble whatsoever. Also, another teller wasn’t even wearing shoes? Come on Bank of America you guys need to do better.
