Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Old Gallows Rd, Vienna

Had an issue regarding monthly maintenance fee due to policy changes. So, I visited the location to figure out what was going on. Ms. Robyn Bowman explained what happened to my bank account and took care of the issue I had in a very professional manner. I have been a BOA customer over 20 years and have not met great employees like her. Very impressed. Kudos to her!

I have been a Bank of America customer all of my life. I have fond memories of going to the bank with my parents as a kid and savoring the lollipops at the teller line. The lollipops (and much of my hair!) may be long gone, but what hasn’t changed is the banks commitment to customer service. This is the best branch I have ever been in. Hands down! Every time I come in I am greeted by one of the friendly associates. Robyn behind the teller line always has a smile on her face and makes every transaction a delight. Recently I also had to open a business bank account and Nasi was a huge help. These are a great group of people and every time I come into the bank they remind me why I will be a lifelong customer!

While employees are nice and efficient, it is absolutely ridiculous they closed the drive in window. Looking for another bank for my accounts. When I asked why closing, I was told to better serve the customers. What a joke! So how is a handicapped person suppose to park and maneuver around the curbs etc to get into the bank. Wt heck!

DO NOT do business with these people. On the banking side, asked them to close my account; over two months later was still receiving statements because the account was not closed. On the investment side, asked the Merrill financial advisor to establish a trust account; three weeks later was still not done and had two more accounts for some reason.

Nice branch, Be careful about 2 things, car access is one way around the whole building complex, so you need to be familiar with the area before getting there for the 1st time. The ATM machine outside the branch located almosy in a corner of the lobby hall. At first glance you may not find that.

The wait time for banking services just gets longer & longer by the day! Some people just don’t have all the time between 9am-4pm!! Services should be faster or normal like it used to be!

Bank of America's Platinum benefits are second to none, but they pale in comparison to the service I received in my most dire of situations. On Saturday July 17th, I was scheduled to close on a house and needed to wire funds. Unfortunately, I didn't have the foresight to set an appointment to make the necessary wire transfer. That morning I arrived at the branch at 1934 Old Gallows Rd in Vienna, Virginia. After asking for assistance, Sahar Austinson and Nasila Sultani informed me they were completely booked for the day. The only words I could utter were "I need to get this done today" with a piercing stare. They began calling other branches who were unfortunately also completely booked. Sahar and Nasila quickly reviewed their list for the day and moved resources to work things out. They quickly began working with me to complete the wire. Even though I wasn't the most pleasant person at that time, their calm demeanor helped put me at ease. I always felt I was in good hands and needn't worry. While going through the process, there was a bump in the road but Sahar and Nasila were dedicated and found a way to make things work. Sitting in front of their desk, I felt guilty for getting so much of their time and their unwavering attention. At the end, my guilty feeling was exasperated when they apologized for the bump and waived my transaction fee. I was absolutely floored. I would have happily paid extra for my lack of preparation. The concept of paying nothing was something that took me a few minutes and questions to comprehend. I had never and will likely never feel that type of customer satisfaction again. As I'm writing this in my new home, I know my house will serve as a constant reminder of the undeserved service that day. Regardless of what happens in the future, I will be forever grateful and be a loyal customer because of it. Thank you,

This location is very convenient for Tysons. But I have never had friendly interactions with the staff. Everyone there seems to hate their job. I went in today and received a very short and rude interaction from Michelle when I went in to get a cashiers check. I did not feel valued as a loyal customer. I was not being difficult or rude but felt that I was treated like an idiot and without patience.

This Bank of America location is connected to a larger office building and overall is ok. The actual facility has sufficient staff/services/resources but because of the physical design of the branch it makes it so parking can sometimes be 'really' difficult. There are only a few slots open to the immediate entrance of the location and a large parking garage otherwise that requires a bit of a walk and is a bit complex. There are drive-thrus too.

Been here many times. Have been helped by Kadria more than once and she is extremely rude. Has 0 customer service skills. They all aren’t the most friendly people however my experiences with Kadria caused me to leave this bad review. I also go to 3 other banks and have never been treated like this. Other Bank of America’s have pretty good customer service. Kadria is just horrible and has no people skills.
