Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Main St, Santa Ana

Be prepared to spend a good 35 to 50 minutes if you wanna get to a teller, they have zero to no respect for clients’ time. Cutting down on cost of operation, they used to have 16 windows; shut down 7 of them by some kinda aluminum frames & marketing signs. And out of these nine windows only two are opened and the third will open and close occasionally. So unlike Chase one block away!!

Tellers are very friendly and helful, but this branch have a very long line with just 2 tellers. 12 customers are in line! In line time just horrible.

This bank has the worst value for customers. its been a week they everyday they said they gonna call me. my banker is Irene Muro. She made appointments for calling me ... and one week NO CALL as if now. Yesterday i went to bank and manager told me she is not here. just email her that is on the visiting card. Guess what there is no email in the business card and i was told that she is gonna call me the first thing in the morning. but NOTHING. Worst experience. I dnt even want to give a single star.

Consistently understaffed on tellers, consistently overstaffed on bankers. I've never seen more than two tellers, and no less than 5 bankers with lines at least 15 deep. Not sure what's going on at this location, wish they didn't close the 4th st branch. Makes me want to take all of my business accounts to Wells Fargo...

3 incompetent tellers working on a Saturday morning. Over 20 people in line. Feels like poor air circulation and has a weird odor. Glad I don't bank here.

Worst customer service at this branch especially when standing in line of 30 plus customers. During which only 1-2 tellers are available and its slower than being in DMV. The reps at the bank have no clue in customer service . I informed the Manager and The manager didnt seem to care or concern that a customer feedback was not positive.

I had a bad experience at this branch and came here to find out they only had 2 stars. This branch made me wait 45 minutes in line before I was called to the window. I wanted to cash a small check and they wanted to charge me $8. After one hour the manager Daniel Alcala refused to cash the check because they couldn't call the issuer at 5:40pm. I told him he can verify the signature and account. I was very nice to him and spoke in a calm tone. He could have insured the check and overwrite it but he refused. Now I have no money for the weekend and it's Easter. I will NEVER open an account here nor do business with this establishment. Daniel needs to find another job, obviously he's not fit for a bank manager.

15 people waiting and only 1 teller. Came during lunch time to cash my check and it took me 45 minutes before I was able to do it. The worst thing is that they don’t care. This happens all the time. This is why I write this review it is already too much. I had the time to write this review while I was waiting. :(. :(. :( Muy mal servicio aquí. Muy malo. :(. :(.

As im in line waiting the staff is rude and would only say hello to spainsh speaking customers. Whats the point of being bilingual if you only favor Mexican people and talk to them? My business is just as important. My bad its the 2nd. Welfare day. Still 5 months later it's still the same. no new lines and 40 people in line at 5pm.

Went in for an appointment and the girl there didn't even take me in it was extremely unprofessional and horrible service. She was no help and had no idea what she was doing. Worst customer service ever. Had to go to a different Bank of America to get the help i needed. When i presented my issue she basically said it was a personal problem. I'll be calling the bank and making a report.
