    My sister opened an account online deposited money then was locked out of said account, then went to the bank itself and couldn’t get help!!!! When given the fraud departments number and told to call that they would be open until 3 on Saturday when we called they were closed!!! So this morning finally got to call and they closed the account smh!!!!! Do not recommend this bank to anyone

    The employee at the window was very nice. Every time she is very nice. This review is for the management of this bank. Every time I come in, there is a line out the door and 2 bankers sitting in their offices while a SINGLE teller is doing everything. They need to fire one of the bankers and hire 2 tellers. It's just dumb how long you are required to wait.

    This bank is shameful. I only used it because of an estate requirement. If you have any options use ANY other bank.

    Poorly Managed BOA. Went in this morning to make a deposit and the place has not been dusted, carpets vacuumed and windows cleaned in days. This is an outward expression of how much the management really cares about the customers. We also experienced how little the management know how a bank is to be run as a simple question could not be answered.

    I went to cash a few checks and deposit the money. I was told I couldn't cash one of them because the amount was written in Spanish. I have been cashing checks from this person for years but not at this location. The manager told me I should ask the person to write me another check with the amount in English. I told her I've been doing this for years in Garland or deposit it online. She said it does not work because it is a foreign check and they can't do anything about it. I took all my money and I went to the bank in Rockwall located at Ridge. Could you imagine telling your customers they have to write the amount in English when you know it says the right amount? They cashed it without any questions asked and deposited my money. I will never visit this branch again.

    My daughters debit card stopped working for some reason. She tried using it several times at different stores just wouldn’t slide nor did the chip work. SO she finally gets over to the bank on a Saturday a day off work finally and she explains her card isn’t working.. So they slide her card on their end and say oh it works just fine. No matter what my daughter said they continue saying it works properly. My daughter says okay and leaves. Luckily I’m with her (waiting in the car with my youngest daughter) and I said let’s be sure it works. So we go to Dunkin’ Donuts and low and behold her card DOES NOT work.. So we head back to the bank I get out this time and we get up to the teller and tell them no the card does not work ... After again hearing it’s working here over and over I told them the card isn’t working we don’t know why but she needs a new card, if you can’t get her a new card I’ll close both of our accounts. Then they say oh it’s going to be at least 30 minute wait (mind you I have a 8 week old baby with me) we say that’s fine and we wait. Finally a nice gentleman who was working the desk area where we were waiting, we explain everything and he said okay you can order a new card through the app. We had no idea we could do that. So got a replacement card. But not after feeling like we were lying about her card not working. It seemed like they didn’t believe us , and why would we lie about it not working and want to spend a Saturday at the bank dealing with that. The two ladies we dealt with and the man in charge of the teller area were very rude about the whole situation. Will not visit this branch ever again.

    The lobby welcome lady without a name tag was very condescending, also they were no actual bank tellers working they direct you to the ATM outside.

    Visited this center a month ago to change my name, apparently you have to go into the store for a name change #ridiculous. Spoke to a Relationship Banker who was able to fulfill the request but then accidentally submitted an order for a debit card with my old name. She promised to resubmit it the next day, however I never received it. As a long time Bank of America patron, I certainly didn't appreciate being lied to. I was forced to go online and place an order for the right card, then they sent the wrong card again! What a stupid experience with such a large company.

    Pretty sure those that go here know who I’m talking about. The teller will speak loud enough on how much you have in your account in the presence of others. I was the 3rd or 4th in line and heard her tell a guy that his account was overdrawn and in the negative and in order to cash his check he would need to deposit money in his account first to cover the charges. I can tell the guy was embarrassed.

    When I went to the ATM, I asked for $20 bills but it only gave me $10 bills. Then I went to withdraw $100, the ATM said it was unable to help with the transaction but when I checked my phone, it still charged me for $100.
