Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Washington Rd, Pittsburgh

Has ATMs that accept cash and check deposit. Very easy to use and I enjoy the email receipt option. FYI this is not a full service bank it's a financial center. They help you with investments and other services to manage your money. No tellers. They are opening full service banks soon nearby.

I like to be treated as a client as professional as possible, today my situation was not quite easy to solve and Mr. Josh helped me out the way that I wanted. It’s very comfortable to work with professionals like Mr. Josh.

If you want to have problems with anything concerning banking, this is the place to put your money! Signed up online. Made them my sole bank which was a mistake. Every time I've gone in there to make a change or get something done they are incapable of doing so. Always different people working there. If you're looking for a place that knows you don't go there. You are just a number regardless of the amount of money you have in the account. Went in to deposit a check (usually do everything electronically). The person that came out to greet me told me not to see the teller as it is the same doing it in atm. After doing so they held my deposit for two weeks. This check was from a reputable local business. Save yourself future headaches and choose another bank.

I am customer for past 4 years. I visited this location for credit card application. Kate Whitten and Michael Gillespie helped me in doing the process and they are very friendly people. The work is very fast and I completed it in just 10 minutes. I really appriciate their work. Thanks for both of them. I really Suggest this place for the customers.

The mortgage is in my deceased daughter and son-in-law's name & the kids are too young to make payments so I do. First problems were with the estate area of this bank. Would accept my money but couldn't get access to do direct pay. Ok so I dealt with it. Now my grandson goes up to pay the mortgage payment but because I wrote two different checks to equal the payment of the mortgage they wouldn't accept the checks. NOW the mortgage is late and they will hit me with a late fee. So what is wrong with the picture. THey want only one check in one amount. When you walk in you have 4-5 people standing around the information desk in suits. DOn't these people have anything else to do. Oh but we have time to say we can't accept two checks. Would not recommend this bank to anyone. I'll stay with PNC and KEYBANK.

Bank of America refused to negotiate a check for Jerome, who posted a video detailing his experience at this branch. The associate kicks him out rather than answering a question as to why she refused to cash his check or at least verify funds so he can take it to his bank. Bank of America doesn't consider people going to their branch to cash a check their "customer" so they tend to treat them worse, and in the case of these employees, they did all they could to not answer questions when pressed. In a zip code that is 89% caucasian with a median income of over $100,000, you can see in the viral video that this branch has a huge office dedicate to Merrill and Wealth Management, and a huge office for home loans, where most branches in lower-income areas don't have that and clients must video conference with bankers in another state to even try to get a loan. It wasn't a bank for Jerome. They made that clear. Hopefully if you google this video, you will see what happened more clearly. Shame on you guys.

Unfortunately it only allows me to select atleast one STAR, lack of knowledge in the requirements to open an account. Had wasted one hour to open an account and the final outcome is to return frustrated without opening an account

Finally Bank of America opened in Pittsburgh and I was happy because I have account with them since 2008 But when I went to get help I don’t get help from them . They don’t help in a good way. It’s better not to deal with Bank of America in Pittsburgh. They just kind of rude.

If you are a new business DO NOT USE Bank of America. They will withhold funds for more than a week. If you are in the construction industry especially, use a different bank such as PNC where they accommodate new businesses instead of penalizing them like BOA does...
