Update at the end. I watch Brandon Weaver on YouTube, his videos are great and helpful, but after using this service for a couple of months I would not recommend. I only had 3 items that I needed assistance with and the company drags out the process of sending letters to collect more money from their clients. That has been my experience. It would’ve been cheaper for me to pay collectors as opposed to using this company. I would not recommend using them unless you have a lot of items you need assistance with. I am waiting to be assigned someone new to manage my account and depending on how that goes I will provide an update. There’s a chance it’s solely the person assigned to my account. UPDATE: I was able to speak with Penny who was very helpful. She heard my concerns and really made a great effort to rectify the situation. They understood and refunded me. Due to how they resolved this I see they care about their clients and are trying to help.

I started working with the Awesome Life Group in January and have had no success as of yet. I have two collections on my credit that are both under $500 and I have already paid about that much and seen NO RESULTS. My repair specialist has been disputing these two accounts since we've started but month after month, we've heard nothing from the bureaus. I have to call in every month to get an update on what is going on and they pretty much just tell me that there is nothing they can do but wait for the bureaus to reply. This is not a cheap service and I am not convinced that they are doing everything in their power. I called one of the credit bureaus myself and the representative told me that they have not received any dispute letters so I am not sure what is going on. I do not recommend this service but will keep this post updated if anything changes.

After a year of service, this was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Paying $150 a month plus an extra $50 required subscription for their service , several months in, my account specialist left the company without telling me. I was then assigned a new one that did almost nothing for me. After noticing no activity on my account, and not getting any replies to my messages for months, I called just to find out that the “new specialist” on my account was no longer with the company and the third “new” one just had not bothered to get in touch with me. Months of nothing done on my account. When we called to speak to customer service about this… with intentions of staying. They weren’t interested in talking about it- instead just asked if we wished to cancel our services! At this point I feel like they could have at least refunded me a few months for the time no one was doing anything on my account. After leaving their services, 6 months later I found out that the “name change request letter” they claimed they submitted (my name changed due to marriage), never happened. So honestly I don’t know what they were doing for a solid 6 months of my year of service. I am so disappointed. I am shocked that they can treat their customers this way! It feels like a scam. Charging people for services when they are doing nothing! It’s taking advantage of people trying to clean up their credit. I most certainly do not, and will not recommend this service to anyone looking to clean up their credit. You are better off taking the money you would pay for this service and cleaning it up yourself.

Updated: I started this process not having any trouble getting my credit reports whenever I needed them. Once I started this process(currently 6 months in) the Bureaus stopped reporting changes and some have basically said I have no report. Even when I purchase it from multiple agencies. When I have expressed dissatisfaction with ALG I have felt heard and my case Manger has tried to problem solve the issue. But ALG can't help me repair inaccuracies on my credit if the credit agencies refuse to list updated reports. My credit score has not changed in almost 6 months. I have to assume that all that can be done is being done. I'm not jumping with joy to refer the service. But I also understand that the credit agencies almost don't want you to have good credit. It's almost like they benefit from your score being lower and I don't understand that.

Amazing company to work with and I really appreciate Nolan taking the time to teach me how credit reporting really works and how to be patient with results. I was kept in the loop with all documentation and negotiations. Down to the last 2 accounts soo to be removed. I highly recommend Brandon and his team to work with you or someone you know who can benefit from credit education and repair. Most of the repair work was in the first few months and we eventually came to a "win-win" situation with the last creditors.

I struggled with bad credit my whole life until I discovered Brandon and the Awesome Life Group (ALG) on Youtube. So I decided to take a risk and give them a shot to fix my credit. Turns out, it would be the best risk I'd ever take. Dana Baird (my ALG credit specialist) is absolutely nothing but amazing. She got so many negative items removed from credit report, and has taught me so much informative knowledge in credit repairing. I feel like I can be a credit specialist at this point with everything she has educated me with! haha. My score started in the low 500's and now I'm almost in the 650's. ALG and Dana have changed my life, and have given me the tools to never look back at bad credit. Do yourself and your future a favor, and give ALG a chance. Although the process can be lengthy, and you must fully commit to helping the repair process as well, I highly recommend this venture. What do you have to lose but to better your credit score? ALG is not just a credit repair company, it's an opportunity to learn and gain financial freedom. This is one of the best purchases of my life! I have nothing but love and respect for Dana and everyone at the ALG team. Truly, THANK YOU! As Brandon would say, "See you guys on the other side!"

Working with Awesome Life Group has been amazing. I have had my fair share of credit repair companies that I have worked with before and let me tell you, this is by far the most professional I have come across. Nolan Sanders was always there to answer my questions. They always got back to me as soon as they could. They were always there to hear my suggestions as well and give their input. Overall, was a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of credit repair.

When I first contacted Awesome Life Group I was very suspicious about the process because I had never heard of Credit Repair. I watched a few videos online about how to go about it from Awesome Life Group, but in the end I decided to let someone else hand it because it was just to much for me to handle. I received a call not even 24 hours from signing up and my first set of disputes were on their way. I was paired with Nolan and he took the wheel on my credit recovery road. I signed up in October 10, 2021with 1 collection and 1 repossession ( because I co-signed). He called me in December 1, 2021 with the awesome news that I had no negative accounts and I have 700+ scores. The process is super easy and if you have questions or concerns they will answer everything! I am super grateful that Nolan and the Awesome Life Group were able to help me and I pray that they are blessed with many more successful and happy customers !!!!!!

The program was making progress, getting deletions and increasing my scores until my credit repair trainer stopped communicating for 7 days after I asked a very specific question. I followed up twice, hearing nothing back. I then emailed customer service and got no response. I then called, did not receive an answer as to what was going on, but set up for an unnecessary "strategy meeting" 2 days out. The CSR asked how I was reaching out to my rep, to which I replied via the customer portal. Apparently, that's why I wasn't getting a response. I have no interest in a strategy meeting, I am asking for communication. I don't want to be in the dark when it comes to a place that I have given all of my sensitive information and $500 to date. A certain level of what I guess you could call "bedside manner" and "professional courtesy seems to be in order. They have since began communicating, and I would like to think that we are getting this back on track. Time will tell. I changed my original review into what you are reading now, because they asked for it up front before any work had been performed.

The initial experience with Awesome Life Group has been good so far. There onboarding process and progress tracking is automated to ensure transparency and favorable progression. The staff has been helpful and informative to ensure I understand my commitment and next steps.

Excellent service. They are helpful and answered all questions I had regarding starting to build my credit back up. I highly recommend looking into awesome life group if you are interested in starting credit repair.

I had a unique experience with Awesome Life Group. They are certainly there to help, but due to my situation I ended the services after 70 days. It is important to thoroughly discuss expectations and go into detail of what will be done during your consultation. I do feel that this may be better suited for someone that has a lot of delinquent accounts or collections.

I can't even begin to describe the AMAZING experience I had with the Awesome Life Group!!! Working with Angela was like working with an angel sent from credit repair heaven! She always had a upbeat, can-do attitude, was very concise on every part of the process, and extremely patient in explaining everything to me so that I could understand fully and completely!
