Was trying to do an urgent wire transfer for a home closing. The bank manager turned me down saying he didnt have the available time and was rude saying only with an appointment could i get that done. This is not true as i had done a wire transfer before at a different bank of america without an appointment and friendly staff helped me. This one in particular the manager just came off as snobby and rude. Incompetent manager.

After reading the negative comments, I was almost afraid to take care of my banking business at this branch today, but I couldn't have had a better experience! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, Greg Curtis (Relationship Manager) was very helpful and efficient!

While I was there I had to go to the bathroom really bad. Butt the door wuz locked so I told the teller. He took like 69 minutes to get there and when he opened the door a guy was in there. He was like a smurf. He left. The toilet was clogged. I went for a while 1 hour. The teller was still walking back when I left. The End

Worst customer service ever! All Bank of America’s son’t Seem to care about their banking customers. I visited this location this afternoon. It was the 2nd BOA I visited today. One teller and 7 people in line waiting, while other bank employees were just walking around. I will never bank with BOA!!

Huge branch, 8 gigantic offices, 12 teller windows: 1 banker!! 1 teller!!! Line of about 20 people stretching the length of the enormous lobby!! 35mins in line then 20mins in front of an incompetent and rude teller. WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

You can except to stand in line for over 15 minutes in order to make simple deposit. No one care😌 It was bad, now after a year later, it got worse! They have reduced their tellers to only ONE window. Wait time, 30 minutes to make a deposit.

The front desk personal who greets the guest's Mr. Alvarez is lousy, lazy, and very unfriendly. I asked him a simple question about my bank account, instead of saying I don't know and directing me to someone who does, he just said I cannot help you without an apology. I always wondered why this location has low reviews.

Horrible customer service!! I sat in the drive thru for 12 minutes with a 6 week old (screaming) baby, and was the only one in the drive thru at the time. The teller AND manager told me this was a typical wait time and they would get to me when they could, sent me back my ID and transaction information and told me if I was in a hurry I would just need to come back. AWFUL customer service!

In line for 50 min to make one deposit! It’s always horrible the other guy doesn’t, help so lazy!
