Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Airport Blvd, Austin

I really love my local bank - this location on Airport Blvd here in Austin. I live just a few minutes away, and EVERY TIME I need help, the customer service is outstanding. I maintain my business checking account here, and chose BoA and this location because they were welcoming and helpful the whole way through. Every time I have to go to the physical location or call them on the phone, they have consistently been friendly, welcoming and professional problem solvers and stress reducers! My business includes international clients, and they and customer service were so helpful in making sure I had everything I need to manage the payment piece flawlessly. I highly recommend this branch!

Do not withdraw money from your account at this location, people are waiting in the parking lot to follow you and rob you. Be Aware !!!! When I called the bank, they said it is a common occurrence.

It was 1st time I went into bank since Covid. Banker Daniela Rodriguez was very nice and helpful, I needed to get my name changed and she was able to assist me right away and quickly help me out. The bank wasn’t busy at the time I’m there and everyone is very nice.

After reading former reviews I was a little skeptical of even going to this location even though it was right near us at the time. I am so glad I took the chance. I found the friendliest customers and employees. It was a delight using this location for my transaction that day and I will be returning.

Mel helped us today, and she was top notch! We were in and out quickly to arrange our wire transfer. She could not have been more kind & professional. The facility was also impressive. It was clean and inviting and nicely decorated, one of the nicest B of A branches I have ever visited.

I had a very good experiences at this boa ranch. For now, I have been working with 3 staff there for several times, and they are all professional, patient and friendly to me. I come here for their good service even though this is not the nearest location for me.

Drive thru always closed. I’m 5 1/2 months pregnant and they refused to let me use the bathroom. Really UPDATE!!! ***** I was followed by someone at this bank yesterday all the way to north Austin and my car was broken into. According to the bank, this has been happening often. The bank has zero security and they are very indiscreet when giving cash. There are no signs warning customers that this has become a common occurrence and to beware!

One of the most poorly ran locations in Austin. Tellers and bankers both ensure they take their time, at an extremely leisured pace. I’ve been sitting at the bank waiting for a banker for almost 30min, only 2 other customers in the building who are both with tellers. There are 2 bankers sitting at a desks chatting with one another. This tells me nothing but my choice in a banking establishment was made extremely poorly and that the company does not ensure their employees understand the concept of time management and urgency. There is almost nobody at the front to greet or check-in customers when they come in, I find that extremely disheartening and very unwelcoming. The layout of the branch provides ZERO access to any bathroom facilities, so should you need to leave for any reason you then lose your spot and must wait another 30+ minutes to be able to speak to a banker and/or teller. I’ve come to this branch, due to convenience of it being down the road from my job. It’s always the worst decision I make, however when I’m on a time crunch, I reluctantly come here. My final statement of this branch location is that I cannot trust the employees, not a single one since I’ve been lied to them about simple things such as being charged for a replacement card on an account I didn’t ask for a replacement on, and also being told the branch location doesn’t provide temporary cards. I’ve experienced this problem more than once, so with that, all I suggest ever doing at this location is withdrawals and deposits ONLY.

Exceptional service! Scheduled an appointment in advance and was greeted at the door by name. I met with Daniela who was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to address my needs. Great experience. Also loved the photo collage of Austin leaders in the lobby. It provided a welcoming sense of community.

So disappointed in this branch. I arrived 20 minutes before closing to order a replacement bank card. I was told I was too late to do that. Yet there were at least 2 employees, including the one that did not want to help me, just standing around, waiting to close up. I withdrew all my money that day. I will be looking for a new bank, one that wants my business.
