Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Elm Creek Blvd, Maple Grove

Wish there is a zero. We had booked an appt for notary services at this branch and the day before our appt got a call saying the employee that we originally booked the appt had left and that no one will be there to provide the notary service. Manager Taylor was insisting that they don’t notarize documents but only signature which I felt was odd. Literally they showed an attitude that they don’t care about the customers. Good Luck if you are banking here!!

Very clean inside and I love the way they decorated the place. Two ATMs inside and a drive they on the outside.

Was told to just stop by to fix a problem, was told I was wrong and needed an appointment and should be glad they took the time to talk to me. Left paperwork for them to follow up. Marisa called and left VM for me to call. She didn't return phone calls and when finally talked to her, she informed me to call the phone service people (where I started) to fix problem.

Absolutely the worst banking experience of my life. These people are completely incompetent. I find it shockimg people still do business here. Do yourself a favor stay far far away

You can't find a worse bank in MN. Almost no physical locations in this area so getting banking help or even withdrawing cash is almost impossible. Representatives are misinformed and will pile fees on your account for whatever reason they want. AWFUL SERVICE.

Quite a Bad Service when doing a notary. The Notary Lady asked me to come with a scheduled appointment, I scheduled one and when I arrived with 2 other witnesses, she gave a reason not to sign the Notary even being a BOA Customer for 10+ years. I eventually had to pay UPS to do the Notary. If I had known the reason before arriving for the appointment during initial conversation, I could have planned earlier.

I went there to cash a check that was from bank of america and the told me to bring two forms of id. So i drove 45min there and all they had to say is we are not cashing that check . They where very rude and didnt want to explain why they wouldnt cash it , never going to this bsnk again very rude workers.

If I could I would give this bank no stars at all. I called them to see what was wrong with my account they said to go up there and give w forms of Identification so I did but when I got home I notice they still had my social security card so I called them and ask if they still had it and they did so when I was in the middle of saying I will come back and get the card they told me i had lied about they card and then hung up so I went back there later to find out they gave my card to someone else I will never come back here again.

Under staffed and rude. Bad customer service!
